1. Thus I was; in the day the drought consumed me, and the frost by night; and my sleep departed from mine eyes.
我白日受尽乾热，黑夜受尽寒霜，不得合眼睡着，我常是这样。

2. And the persons were sixteen thousand; of which the LORD's tribute was thirty and two persons.
人一万六千口，从其中归耶和华的，有三十二口。

3. Let thistles grow instead of wheat, and cockle instead of barley. The words of Job are ended.
愿这地长蒺藜代替麦子，长恶草代替大麦。约伯的话说完了。

4. And the whole valley of the dead bodies, and of the ashes, and all the fields unto the brook of Kidron, unto the corner of the horse gate toward the east, shall be holy unto the LORD; it shall not be plucked up, nor thrown down any more for ever.
抛尸的全谷和倒灰之处，并一切田地，直到汲沦溪，又直到东方马门的拐角，都要归耶和华为圣，不再拔出，不再倾覆，直到永远。
