1. And Jacob sent messengers before him to Esau his brother unto the land of Seir, the country of Edom.
雅各打发人先往西珥地去，就是以东地，见他哥哥以扫，

2. And all the people brake off the golden earrings which were in their ears, and brought them unto Aaron.
百姓就都摘下他们耳上的金环，拿来给亚伦。

3. Ataroth, and Dibon, and Jazer, and Nimrah, and Heshbon, and Elealeh, and Shebam, and Nebo, and Beon,
亚大录，底本，雅谢，宁拉，希实本，以利亚利，示班，尼波，比稳，

4. Because I will publish the name of the LORD: ascribe ye greatness unto our God.
我要宣告耶和华的名。你们要将大德归与我们的神。

5. He took counsel with his princes and his mighty men to stop the waters of the fountains which were without the city: and they did help him.
就与首领和勇士商议，塞住城外的泉源。他们就都帮助他。

6. Also against his three friends was his wrath kindled, because they had found no answer, and yet had condemned Job.
他又向约伯的三个朋友发怒。因为他们想不出回答的话来，仍以约伯为有罪。

7. When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.
我闭口不认罪的时候，因终日唉哼，而骨头枯乾。

8. And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears of them that hear shall hearken.
那能看的人，眼不再昏迷，能听的人，耳必得听闻。

9. For Zedekiah king of Judah had shut him up, saying, Wherefore dost thou prophesy, and say, Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall take it;
因为犹大王西底家已将他囚禁，说，你为什么预言说，耶和华如此说，我必将这城交在巴比伦王的手中，他必攻取这城。

10. Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will therefore spread out my net over thee with a company of many people; and they shall bring thee up in my net.
主耶和华如此说，我必用多国的人民，将我的网撒在你身上，把你拉上来。
