1. And he commanded them, saying, Thus shall ye speak unto my lord Esau; Thy servant Jacob saith thus, I have sojourned with Laban, and stayed there until now:
吩咐他们说，你们对我主以扫说，你的仆人雅各这样说，我在拉班那里寄居，直到如今。

2. And he received them at their hand, and fashioned it with a graving tool, after he had made it a molten calf: and they said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.
亚伦从他们手里接过来，铸了一只牛犊，用雕刻的器具作成。他们就说，以色列阿，这是领你出埃及地的神。

3. Even the country which the LORD smote before the congregation of Israel, is a land for cattle, and thy servants have cattle:
就是耶和华在以色列会众前面所攻取之地，是可牧放牲畜之地，你仆人也有牲畜。

4. He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
他是磐石，他的作为完全，他所行的无不公平，是诚实无伪的神。又公义，又正直。

5. So there was gathered much people together, who stopped all the fountains, and the brook that ran through the midst of the land, saying, Why should the kings of Assyria come, and find much water?
于是有许多人聚集，塞了一切泉源，并通流国中的小河，说，亚述王来，为何让他得着许多水呢。

6. Now Elihu had waited till Job had spoken, because they were elder than he.
以利户要与约伯说话，就等候他们，因为他们比自己年老。

7. For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.
黑夜白日，你的手在我身上沉重。我的精液耗尽，如同夏天的乾旱。（细拉）

8. The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly.
冒失人的心，必明白知识，结吧人的舌，必说话通快。

9. And Zedekiah king of Judah shall not escape out of the hand of the Chaldeans, but shall surely be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon, and shall speak with him mouth to mouth, and his eyes shall behold his eyes;
犹大王西底家必不能逃脱迦勒底人的手，定要交在巴比伦王的手中，要口对口彼此说话，眼对眼彼此相看。

10. Then will I leave thee upon the land, I will cast thee forth upon the open field, and will cause all the fowls of the heaven to remain upon thee, and I will fill the beasts of the whole earth with thee.
我必将你丢在地上，抛在田野，使空中的飞鸟都落在你身上，使遍地的野兽吃你得饱。
