1. And I have oxen, and asses, flocks, and menservants, and womenservants: and I have sent to tell my lord, that I may find grace in thy sight.
我有牛，驴，羊群，仆婢，现在打发人来报告我主，为要在你眼前蒙恩。

2. And when Aaron saw it, he built an altar before it; and Aaron made proclamation, and said, To morrow is a feast to the LORD.
亚伦看见，就在牛犊面前筑坛，且宣告说，明日要向耶和华守节。

3. Wherefore, said they, if we have found grace in thy sight, let this land be given unto thy servants for a possession, and bring us not over Jordan.
又说，我们若在你眼前蒙恩，求你把这地给我们为业，不要领我们过约旦河。

4. They have corrupted themselves, their spot is not the spot of his children: they are a perverse and crooked generation.
这乖僻弯曲的世代向他行事邪僻。有这弊病就不是他的儿女。

5. Also he strengthened himself, and built up all the wall that was broken, and raised it up to the towers, and another wall without, and repaired Millo in the city of David, and made darts and shields in abundance.
希西家力图自强，就修筑所有拆毁的城墙，高与城楼相齐。在城外又筑一城，坚固大卫城的米罗，制造了许多军器，盾牌。

6. When Elihu saw that there was no answer in the mouth of these three men, then his wrath was kindled.
以利户见这三个人口中无话回答，就怒气发作。

7. I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
我向你陈明我的罪，不隐瞒我的恶。我说，我要向耶和华承认我的过犯，你就赦免我的罪。（细拉）

8. The vile person shall be no more called liberal, nor the churl said to be bountiful.
愚顽人不再称为高明，吝啬人不再称为大方。

9. And he shall lead Zedekiah to Babylon, and there shall he be until I visit him, saith the LORD: though ye fight with the Chaldeans, ye shall not prosper.
巴比伦王必将西底家带到巴比伦。西底家必住在那里，直到我眷顾他的时候。你们虽与迦勒底人争战，却不顺利。这是耶和华说的。

10. And I will lay thy flesh upon the mountains, and fill the valleys with thy height.
我必将你的肉丢在山间，用你高大的尸首填满山谷。
