1. And Jacob lifted up his eyes, and looked, and, behold, Esau came, and with him four hundred men. And he divided the children unto Leah, and unto Rachel, and unto the two handmaids.
雅各举目观看，见以扫来了，后头跟着四百人，他就把孩子们分开交给利亚，拉结，和两个使女，

2. And the LORD said unto Moses, Depart, and go up hence, thou and the people which thou hast brought up out of the land of Egypt, unto the land which I sware unto Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, Unto thy seed will I give it:
耶和华吩咐摩西说，我曾起誓应许亚伯拉罕，以撒，雅各说，要将迦南地赐给你的后裔。现在你和你从埃及地所领出来的百姓，要从这里往那地去。

3. These are the journeys of the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt with their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron.
以色列人按着军队，在摩西，亚伦的手下出埃及地所行的路程（或作站口下同）记在下面。

4. And this is the blessing, wherewith Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death.
以下是神人摩西在未死之先为以色列人所祝的福，

5. Manasseh was twelve years old when he began to reign, and he reigned fifty and five years in Jerusalem:
玛拿西登基的时候年十二岁，在耶路撒冷作王五十五年。

6. Wherefore, Job, I pray thee, hear my speeches, and hearken to all my words.
约伯阿，请听我的话，留心听我一切的言语。

7. Rejoice in the LORD, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.
义人哪，你们应当靠耶和华欢乐。正直人的赞美是合宜的。

8. Woe to thee that spoilest, and thou wast not spoiled; and dealest treacherously, and they dealt not treacherously with thee! when thou shalt cease to spoil, thou shalt be spoiled; and when thou shalt make an end to deal treacherously, they shall deal treacherously with thee.
祸哉，你这毁灭人的，自己倒不被毁灭。行事诡诈的，人倒不以诡诈待你。你毁灭吧休了，自己必被毁灭。你行完了诡诈，人必以诡诈待你。

9. Moreover the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah the second time, while he was yet shut up in the court of the prison, saying,
耶利米还囚在护卫兵的院内，耶和华的话第二次临到他说，
