1. These are the names of Esau's sons; Eliphaz the son of Adah the wife of Esau, Reuel the son of Bashemath the wife of Esau.
以扫众子的名字如下。以扫的妻子亚大生以利法。以扫的妻子巴实抹生流珥。

2. And he coupled the five curtains one unto another: and the other five curtains he coupled one unto another.
他使这五幅幔子幅幅相连，又使那五幅幔子幅幅相连，

3. Even as the LORD commanded Moses, so did the daughters of Zelophehad:
耶和华怎样吩咐摩西，西罗非哈的众女儿就怎样行。

4. And when the year was expired, king Nebuchadnezzar sent, and brought him to Babylon, with the goodly vessels of the house of the LORD, and made Zedekiah his brother king over Judah and Jerusalem.
过了一年，尼布甲尼撒差遣人将约雅斤和耶和华殿里各样宝贵的器皿带到巴比伦，就立约雅斤的叔叔（原文作兄）西底家，作犹大和耶路撒冷的王。

5. He openeth also their ear to discipline, and commandeth that they return from iniquity.
他也开通他们的耳朵，得受教训，吩咐他们离开罪孽转回。

6. O continue thy lovingkindness unto them that know thee; and thy righteousness to the upright in heart.
愿你常施慈爱给认识你的人。常以公义待心里正直的人。

7. And am I now come up without the LORD against this land to destroy it? the LORD said unto me, Go up against this land, and destroy it.
现在我上来攻击毁灭这地，岂没有耶和华的意思吗。耶和华吩咐我说，你上去攻击毁灭这地吧。

8. Then read Baruch in the book the words of Jeremiah in the house of the LORD, in the chamber of Gemariah the son of Shaphan the scribe, in the higher court, at the entry of the new gate of the LORD's house, in the ears of all the people.
巴录就在耶和华殿的上院，耶和华殿的新门口，沙番的儿子文士基玛利雅的屋内，念书上耶利米的话给众民听。

9. And I will multiply men upon you, all the house of Israel, even all of it: and the cities shall be inhabited, and the wastes shall be builded:
我必使以色列全家的人数在你上面增多，城邑有人居住，荒场再被建造。
