1. And they said one to another, Behold, this dreamer cometh.
彼此说，你看。那作梦的来了。

2. Three bowls made after the fashion of almonds in one branch, a knop and a flower; and three bowls made like almonds in another branch, a knop and a flower: so throughout the six branches going out of the candlestick.
这旁每枝上有三个杯，形状像杏花，有球有花，那旁每枝上也有三个杯，形状像杏花，有球有花。从灯台杈出来的六个枝子都是如此。

3. Teach us what we shall say unto him; for we cannot order our speech by reason of darkness.
我们愚昧不能陈说。请你指教我们该对他说什么话。

4. They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.
他们在急难的时候，不至羞愧，在饥荒的日子，必得饱足。

5. And have cast their gods into the fire: for they were no gods, but the work of men's hands, wood and stone: therefore they have destroyed them.
将列国的神像都扔在火里，因为他本不是神，乃是人手所造的，是木头，石头的，所以灭绝他。

6. Where are now your prophets which prophesied unto you, saying, The king of Babylon shall not come against you, nor against this land?
对你们预言巴比伦王必不来攻击你们和这地的先知，现今在哪里呢。

7. Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand.
你就对他们说，主耶和华如此说，我要将约瑟和他同伴以色列支派的杖，就是那在以法莲手中的，与犹大的杖一同接连为一，在我手中成为一根。
