1. And it came to pass, when Joseph was come unto his brethren, that they stript Joseph out of his coat, his coat of many colours that was on him;
约瑟到了他哥哥们那里，他们就剥了他的外衣，，就是他穿的那件彩衣，

2. And he made his seven lamps, and his snuffers, and his snuffdishes, of pure gold.
用精金作灯台的七个灯盏，并灯台的腊剪和腊花盘。

3. Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out: he is excellent in power, and in judgment, and in plenty of justice: he will not afflict.
论到全能者，我们不能测度。他大有能力，有公平和大义，必不苦待人。

4. The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.
义人的脚步，被耶和华立定。他的道路，耶和华也喜爱。

5. Whom hast thou reproached and blasphemed? and against whom hast thou exalted thy voice, and lifted up thine eyes on high? even against the Holy One of Israel.
你辱骂谁，亵渎谁，扬起声来，高举眼目攻击谁呢，乃是攻击以色列的圣者。

6. Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God.
也不再因偶像和可憎的物，并一切的罪过玷污自己。我却要救他们出离一切的住处，就是他们犯罪的地方。我要洁净他们，如此，他们要作我的子民，我要作他们的神。
