1. That she called unto the men of her house, and spake unto them, saying, See, he hath brought in an Hebrew unto us to mock us; he came in unto me to lie with me, and I cried with a loud voice:
就叫了家里的人来，对他们说，你们看。他带了一个希伯来人进入我们家里，要戏弄我们。他到我这里来，要与我同寝，我就大声喊叫。

2. And the stones were according to the names of the children of Israel, twelve, according to their names, like the engravings of a signet, every one with his name, according to the twelve tribes.
这些宝石都是按着以色列十二个儿子的名字，彷佛刻图书，刻十二个支派的名字。

3. Which leaveth her eggs in the earth, and warmeth them in dust,
因它把蛋留在地上，在尘土中使得温暖。

4. Even they sent, and took Jeremiah out of the court of the prison, and committed him unto Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan, that he should carry him home: so he dwelt among the people.
打发人去，将耶利米从护卫兵院中提出来，交与沙番的孙子亚希甘的儿子基大利，带回家去。于是耶利米住在民中。

5. And they shall sever out men of continual employment, passing through the land to bury with the passengers those that remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it: after the end of seven months shall they search.
他们必分派人时常巡查遍地，与过路的人一同葬埋那剩在地面上的尸首，好洁净全地。过了七个月，他们还要巡查。
