1. And Joseph was brought down to Egypt; and Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh, captain of the guard, an Egyptian, bought him of the hands of the Ishmeelites, which had brought him down thither.
约瑟被带下埃及去。有一个埃及人，是法老的内臣，护卫长波提乏，从那些带下他来的以实玛利人手下买了他去。

2. And of the blue, and purple, and scarlet, they made cloths of service, to do service in the holy place, and made the holy garments for Aaron; as the LORD commanded Moses.
比撒列用蓝色，紫色，朱红色线作精致的衣服，在圣所用以供职，又为亚伦作圣衣，是照耶和华所吩咐摩西的。

3. Knowest thou the time when the wild goats of the rock bring forth? or canst thou mark when the hinds do calve?
山岩间的野山羊几时生产，你知道吗。母鹿下犊之期，你能察定吗。

4. I said, I will take heed to my ways, that I sin not with my tongue: I will keep my mouth with a bridle, while the wicked is before me.
（大卫的诗，交与伶长耶杜顿）我曾说，我要谨慎我的言行，免得我舌头犯罪。恶人在我面前的时候，我要用嚼回环勒住我的口。

5. At that time Merodachbaladan, the son of Baladan, king of Babylon, sent letters and a present to Hezekiah: for he had heard that he had been sick, and was recovered.
那时巴比伦王巴拉但的儿子米罗达巴拉但，听见希西家病而痊愈，就送书信和礼物给他。

6. In the ninth year of Zedekiah king of Judah, in the tenth month, came Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon and all his army against Jerusalem, and they besieged it.
犹大王西底家第九年十月，巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒率领全军来围困耶路撒冷。

7. Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
人子阿，你要向歌革发预言攻击他，说主耶和华如此说，罗施，米设，土巴的王歌革阿，我与你为敌。
