1. And he asked them of their welfare, and said, Is your father well, the old man of whom ye spake? Is he yet alive?
约瑟问他们好，又问，你们的父亲就是你们所说的那老人家平安吗。他还在吗。

2. Thy first father hath sinned, and thy teachers have transgressed against me.
你的始祖犯罪，你的师傅违背我。

3. And when these days are expired, it shall be, that upon the eighth day, and so forward, the priests shall make your burnt offerings upon the altar, and your peace offerings; and I will accept you, saith the Lord GOD.
满了七日，自八日以后，祭司要在坛上献你们的燔祭和平安祭。我必悦纳你们。这是主耶和华说的。
