1. I will be surety for him; of my hand shalt thou require him: if I bring him not unto thee, and set him before thee, then let me bear the blame for ever:
我为他作保。你可以从我手中追讨，我若不带他回来交在你面前，我情愿永远担罪。

2. Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled: who among them can declare this, and shew us former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be justified: or let them hear, and say, It is truth.
任凭万国聚集，任凭众民会合，其中谁能将此声明，并将先前的事说给我们听呢。他们可以带出见证来，自显为是，或者他们听见便说，这是真的。

3. Take great stones in thine hand, and hide them in the clay in the brickkiln, which is at the entry of Pharaoh's house in Tahpanhes, in the sight of the men of Judah;
你在犹大人眼前要用手拿几块大石头，藏在砌砖的灰泥中，就是在答比匿法老的宫门那里，

4. Now let them put away their whoredom, and the carcases of their kings, far from me, and I will dwell in the midst of them for ever.
现在他们当从我面前远除邪淫和他们君王的尸首，我就住在他们中间直到永远。
