1. Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in trouble.
就是在急难时我嘴唇所发的，口中所许的。

2. And when ye see this, your heart shall rejoice, and your bones shall flourish like an herb: and the hand of the LORD shall be known toward his servants, and his indignation toward his enemies.
你们看见，就心中快乐，你们的骨头必得滋润，像嫩草一样。而且耶和华的手向他仆人所行的，必被人知道。他也要向仇敌发恼恨。
