1. Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.
你们众民当时时倚靠他，在他面前倾心吐意。神是我们的避难所。（细拉）

2. The LORD hath sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will no more give thy corn to be meat for thine enemies; and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy wine, for the which thou hast laboured:
耶和华指着自己的右手和大能的膀臂起誓，说，我必不再将你的五谷给你的仇敌作食物，外邦人也不再喝你劳碌得来的新酒。
