1. And in process of time the daughter of Shuah Judah's wife died; and Judah was comforted, and went up unto his sheepshearers to Timnath, he and his friend Hirah the Adullamite.
过了许久，犹大的妻子书亚的女儿死了。犹大得了安慰，就和他朋友亚杜兰人希拉上亭拿去，到他剪羊毛的人那里。

2. And for the west side were hangings of fifty cubits, their pillars ten, and their sockets ten; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets of silver.
院子的西面有帷子，宽五十肘。帷子的柱子十根，带卯的座十个，柱子的钩子和杆子都是用银子作的。

3. Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his place;
你自生以来，曾命定晨光，使清晨的日光知道本位。

4. They also that seek after my life lay snares for me: and they that seek my hurt speak mischievous things, and imagine deceits all the day long.
那寻索我命的，设下网罗。那想要害我的，口出恶言，终日思想诡计。

5. Mine age is departed, and is removed from me as a shepherd's tent: I have cut off like a weaver my life: he will cut me off with pining sickness: from day even to night wilt thou make an end of me.
我的住处被迁去离开我，好像牧人的帐棚一样。我将性命卷起，像织布的卷布一样。耶和华必将我从机头剪断，从早到晚，他要使我完结。

6. And Ebedmelech the Ethiopian said unto Jeremiah, Put now these old cast clouts and rotten rags under thine armholes under the cords. And Jeremiah did so.
古实人以伯米勒对耶利米说，你用这些碎布和破烂的衣服放在绳子上，垫你的胳肢窝。耶利米就照样行了。

7. To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land.
我去要抢财为掳物，夺货为掠物，反手攻击那从前荒凉，现在有人居住之地，又攻击那住世界中间，从列国招聚，得了牲畜财货的民。
