1. And he bought a parcel of a field, where he had spread his tent, at the hand of the children of Hamor, Shechem's father, for an hundred pieces of money.
就用一百块银子向示剑的父亲，哈抹的子孙买了支帐棚的那块地，

2. And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy.
耶和华说，我要显我一切的恩慈，在你面前经过，宣告我的名。我要恩待谁就恩待谁，要怜悯谁就怜悯谁，

3. And they departed from Rithmah, and pitched at Rimmonparez.
从利提玛起行，安营在临门帕烈。

4. They shall call the people unto the mountain; there they shall offer sacrifices of righteousness: for they shall suck of the abundance of the seas, and of treasures hid in the sand.
他们要将列邦召到山上，在那里献公义的祭。因为他们要吸取海里的丰富，并沙中所藏的珍宝。

5. His prayer also, and how God was intreated of him, and all his sins, and his trespass, and the places wherein he built high places, and set up groves and graven images, before he was humbled: behold, they are written among the sayings of the seers.
他的祷告，与神怎样应允他，他未自卑以前的罪愆过犯，并在何处建筑邱坛，设立亚舍拉和雕刻的偶像，都写在何赛的书上。

6. He is chastened also with pain upon his bed, and the multitude of his bones with strong pain:
人在床上被惩治，骨头中不住地疼痛。

7. To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.
要救他们的命脱离死亡，并使他们在饥荒中存活。

8. Thou shalt not see a fierce people, a people of a deeper speech than thou canst perceive; of a stammering tongue, that thou canst not understand.
你必不见那强暴的民，就是说话深奥，你不能明白，言语呢喃，你不能懂得的。

9. And the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah, saying,
耶和华的话临到耶利米说，

10. But if the wicked turn from his wickedness, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall live thereby.
恶人转离他的恶，行正直与合理的事，就必因此存活。
