1. And it came to pass, as her soul was in departing, (for she died) that she called his name Benoni: but his father called him Benjamin.
她将近于死，灵魂要走的时候，就给她儿子起名叫便俄尼。他父亲却给他起名叫便雅悯。

2. The pins of the tabernacle, and the pins of the court, and their cords,
帐幕的橛子并院子的橛子，和这两处的绳子，

3. Or if he smite him with an hand weapon of wood, wherewith he may die, and he die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.
若用可以打死人的木器打死了人，他就是故杀人的。故杀人的必被治死。

4. And there was no passover like to that kept in Israel from the days of Samuel the prophet; neither did all the kings of Israel keep such a passover as Josiah kept, and the priests, and the Levites, and all Judah and Israel that were present, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
自从先知撒母耳以来，在以色列中没有守过这样的逾越节，以色列诸王也没有守过，像约西亚，祭司，利未人，在那里的犹大人，和以色列人，以及耶路撒冷居民所守的逾越节。

5. I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will praise thee among much people.
我在大会中要称谢你，在众民中要赞美你。

6. And Jeremiah said unto the house of the Rechabites, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Because ye have obeyed the commandment of Jonadab your father, and kept all his precepts, and done according unto all that he hath commanded you:
