1. And it came to pass, when Israel dwelt in that land, that Reuben went and lay with Bilhah his father's concubine: and Israel heard it. Now the sons of Jacob were twelve:
以色列住在那地的时候，流便去与他父亲的妾辟拉同寝，以色列也听见了。雅各共有十二个儿子。

2. And they came, both men and women, as many as were willing hearted, and brought bracelets, and earrings, and rings, and tablets, all jewels of gold: and every man that offered offered an offering of gold unto the LORD.
凡心里乐意献礼物的，连男带女，各将金器，就是胸前呻，耳环（或作鼻环），打印的戒指，和手钏带来献给耶和华。

3. But if he thrust him suddenly without enmity, or have cast upon him any thing without laying of wait,
倘若人没有仇恨，忽然将人推倒，或是没有埋伏把物扔在人身上，

4. Nevertheless Josiah would not turn his face from him, but disguised himself, that he might fight with him, and hearkened not unto the words of Necho from the mouth of God, and came to fight in the valley of Megiddo.
约西亚却不肯转去离开他，改装要与他打仗，不听从神藉尼哥之口所说的话，便来到米吉多平原争战。

5. This thou hast seen, O LORD: keep not silence: O Lord, be not far from me.
耶和华阿，你已经看见了。求你不要闭口。主阿，求你不要远离我。
