1. And let us arise, and go up to Bethel; and I will make there an altar unto God, who answered me in the day of my distress, and was with me in the way which I went.
我们要起来，上伯特利去，在那里我要筑一座坛给神，就是在我遭难的日子应允我的祷告，在我行的路上保佑我的那位。

2. Ye shall kindle no fire throughout your habitations upon the sabbath day.
当安息日，不可在你们一切的住处生火。

3. And the cities shall they have to dwell in; and the suburbs of them shall be for their cattle, and for their goods, and for all their beasts.
这城邑要归他们居住，城邑的郊野可以牧养他们的牛羊和各样的牲畜，又可以安置他们的财物。

4. And said unto the Levites that taught all Israel, which were holy unto the LORD, Put the holy ark in the house which Solomon the son of David king of Israel did build; it shall not be a burden upon your shoulders: serve now the LORD your God, and his people Israel,
又对那归耶和华为圣，教训以色列人的利未人说，你们将圣约柜安放在以色列王大卫儿子所罗门建造的殿里，不必再用肩扛抬。现在要事奉耶和华你们的神，服事他的民以色列。

5. For thou saidst, What advantage will it be unto thee? and, What profit shall I have, if I be cleansed from my sin?
才说这与我有什么益处。我不犯罪比犯罪有什么好处呢。

6. Draw out also the spear, and stop the way against them that persecute me: say unto my soul, I am thy salvation.
抽出枪来，挡住那追赶我的。求你对我的灵魂说，我是拯救你的。

7. Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.
你们要使软弱的手坚壮，无力的膝稳固。

8. Then I took Jaazaniah the son of Jeremiah, the son of Habaziniah, and his brethren, and all his sons, and the whole house of the Rechabites;
我就将哈巴洗尼雅的孙子雅利米雅的儿子雅撒尼亚和他弟兄，并他众子，以及利甲全族的人，

9. And say unto it, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O mount Seir, I am against thee, and I will stretch out mine hand against thee, and I will make thee most desolate.
对它说，主耶和华如此说，西珥山哪，我与你为敌，必向你伸手攻击你，使你荒凉，令人惊骇。
