1. And Laban said, It must not be so done in our country, to give the younger before the firstborn.
拉班说，大女儿还没有给人，先把小女儿给人，在我们这地方没有这规矩。

2. Thus David the son of Jesse reigned over all Israel.
耶西的儿子大卫作以色列众人的王，

3. And thou shalt take the breast of the ram of Aaron's consecration, and wave it for a wave offering before the LORD: and it shall be thy part.
你要取亚伦承接圣职所献公羊的胸，作为摇祭，在耶和华面前摇一摇，这就可以作你的分。

4. And on the fifth day nine bullocks, two rams, and fourteen lambs of the first year without spot:
第五日要献公牛九只，公羊两只，没有残疾，一岁的公羊羔十四只。

5. For they went and served other gods, and worshipped them, gods whom they knew not, and whom he had not given unto them:
去事奉敬拜素不认识的别神，是耶和华所未曾给他们安排的。

6. And the Levites stood with the instruments of David, and the priests with the trumpets.
利未人拿大卫的乐器，祭司拿号，一同站立。

7. Many seek the ruler's favour; but every man's judgment cometh from the LORD.
求王恩的人多。定人事乃在耶和华。

8. The LORD hath made thee priest in the stead of Jehoiada the priest, that ye should be officers in the house of the LORD, for every man that is mad, and maketh himself a prophet, that thou shouldest put him in prison, and in the stocks.
耶和华已经立你西番雅为祭司，代替祭司耶何耶大，使耶和华殿中有官长，好将一切狂妄自称为先知的人用枷枷住，用锁锁住。
