1. And Laban gave to Rachel his daughter Bilhah his handmaid to be her maid.
拉班又将婢女辟拉给女儿拉结作使女。

2. Now the acts of David the king, first and last, behold, they are written in the book of Samuel the seer, and in the book of Nathan the prophet, and in the book of Gad the seer,
大卫王始终的事都写在先见撒母耳的书上和先知拿单并先见迦得的书上。

3. And the holy garments of Aaron shall be his sons' after him, to be anointed therein, and to be consecrated in them.
亚伦的圣衣要留给他的子孙，可以穿着受膏，又穿着承接圣职。

4. And on the sixth day eight bullocks, two rams, and fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish:
第六日要献公牛八只，公羊两只，没有残疾，一岁的公羊羔十四只。

5. The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.
隐秘的事是属耶和华我们神的。惟有明显的事是永远属我们和我们子孙的，好叫我们遵行这律法上的一切话。

6. And when they had made an end of offering, the king and all that were present with him bowed themselves, and worshipped.
献完了祭，王和一切跟随的人都俯伏敬拜。

7. And Zephaniah the priest read this letter in the ears of Jeremiah the prophet.
祭司西番雅就把这信念给先知耶利米听。
