1. And he said, O LORD God of my master Abraham, I pray thee, send me good speed this day, and shew kindness unto my master Abraham.
他说，耶和华我主人亚伯拉罕的神阿，求你施恩给我主人亚伯拉罕，使我今日遇见好机会。

2. And the LORD said unto Moses, Come up to me into the mount, and be there: and I will give thee tables of stone, and a law, and commandments which I have written; that thou mayest teach them.
耶和华对摩西说，你上山到我这里来，住在这里，我要将石版并我所写的律法和诫命赐给你，使你可以教训百姓。

3. And they put him in ward, that the mind of the LORD might be shewed them.
他们把那人收在监里，要得耶和华所指示的话。

4. And Balaam said unto Balak, Spake I not also to thy messengers which thou sentest unto me, saying,
巴兰对巴勒说，我岂不是对你所差遣到我那里的使者说，

5. And if the man be poor, thou shalt not sleep with his pledge:
他若是穷人，你不可留他的当头过夜。

6. And I sent the hornet before you, which drave them out from before you, even the two kings of the Amorites; but not with thy sword, nor with thy bow.
我打发黄蜂飞在你们前面，将亚摩利人的二王从你们面前撵出，并不是用你的刀，也不是用你的弓。

7. The LORD judge between me and thee, and the LORD avenge me of thee: but mine hand shall not be upon thee.
愿耶和华在你我中间判断是非，在你身上为我伸冤，我却不亲手加害于你。

8. Go and say unto David, Thus saith the LORD, I offer thee three things; choose thee one of them, that I may do it unto thee.
你去告诉大卫，说耶和华如此说，我有三样灾，随你选择一样，我好降与你。

9. And Jehoiachin the king of Judah went out to the king of Babylon, he, and his mother, and his servants, and his princes, and his officers: and the king of Babylon took him in the eighth year of his reign.
犹大王约雅斤和他母亲，臣仆，首领，太监一同出城，投降巴比伦王。巴比伦王便拿住他。那时是巴比伦王第八年。

10. The eleventh to Eliashib, the twelfth to Jakim,
第十一是以利亚实，第十二是雅金，

11. And the king and Jehoiada gave it to such as did the work of the service of the house of the LORD, and hired masons and carpenters to repair the house of the LORD, and also such as wrought iron and brass to mend the house of the LORD.
王与耶何耶大将银子交给耶和华殿里办事的人，他们就雇了石匠，木匠重修耶和华的殿，又雇了铁匠，铜匠修理耶和华的殿。

12. Men groan from out of the city, and the soul of the wounded crieth out: yet God layeth not folly to them.
在多民的城内有人唉哼，受伤的人哀号。神却不理会（那恶人的愚妄。

13. If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider it? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his works?
你若说，这事我未曾知道。那衡量人心的，岂不明白吗。保守你命的，岂不知道吗。他岂不按各人所行的，报应各人吗。

14. In the city is left desolation, and the gate is smitten with destruction.
城中只有荒凉，城门拆毁净尽。

15. She hath wearied herself with lies, and her great scum went not forth out of her: her scum shall be in the fire.
这锅劳碌疲乏，所长的大锈仍未除掉。这锈就是用火也不能除掉。

16. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
只因不法的事增多，许多人的爱心，才渐渐冷淡了。

17. Then arose Peter, and ran unto the sepulchre; and stooping down, he beheld the linen clothes laid by themselves, and departed, wondering in himself at that which was come to pass.
彼得起来，跑到坟墓前，低头往里看，见细麻布独在一处，就回去了，心里希奇所成的事。

18. And they neither found me in the temple disputing with any man, neither raising up the people, neither in the synagogues, nor in the city:
他们并没有看见我在殿里，或是在会堂里，或是在城里，和人辩论，耸动众人。
