1. And the man came into the house: and he ungirded his camels, and gave straw and provender for the camels, and water to wash his feet, and the men's feet that were with him.
那人就进了拉班的家。拉班卸了骆驼，用草料喂上，拿水给那人和跟随的人洗脚，

2. And the bones of Joseph, which the children of Israel brought up out of Egypt, buried they in Shechem, in a parcel of ground which Jacob bought of the sons of Hamor the father of Shechem for an hundred pieces of silver: and it became the inheritance of the children of Joseph.
以色列人从埃及所带来约瑟的骸骨，葬埋在示剑，就是在雅各从前用一百块银子向示剑的父亲，哈抹的子孙所买的那块地里。这就作了约瑟子孙的产业。

3. Then I saw, and considered it well: I looked upon it, and received instruction.
我看见就留心思想，我看着就领了训诲。

4. Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
你们可以从无花果树学个比方。当树枝发嫩长叶的时候，你们就知道夏天近了。

5. And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?
他们彼此说，在路上，他和我们说话，给我们讲解圣经的时候，我们的心岂不是火热的吗。
