1. And said, Whose daughter art thou? tell me, I pray thee: is there room in thy father's house for us to lodge in?
说，请告诉我，你是谁的女儿，你父亲家里有我们住宿的地方没有。

2. And Moses spake to the children of Israel, that they should bring forth him that had cursed out of the camp, and stone him with stones. And the children of Israel did as the LORD commanded Moses.
于是，摩西晓谕以色列人，他们就把那咒诅圣名的人带到营外，用石头打死。以色列人就照耶和华所吩咐摩西的行了。

3. And he took up his parable, and said, Alas, who shall live when God doeth this!
巴兰又题起诗歌说，哀哉。神行这事，谁能得活，

4. Now therefore put away, said he, the strange gods which are among you, and incline your heart unto the LORD God of Israel.
约书亚说，你们现在要除掉你们中间的外邦神，专心归向耶和华以色列的神。

5. All these things did Araunah, as a king, give unto the king. And Araunah said unto the king, The LORD thy God accept thee.
王阿，这一切，我亚劳拿都奉给你。又对王说，愿耶和华你的神悦纳你。

6. And the sons of Hebron; Jeriah the first, Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third, Jekameam the fourth.
希伯伦的子孙里有长子耶利雅，次子亚玛利亚，三子雅哈悉，四子耶加面。

7. And it came to pass at the end of the year, that the host of Syria came up against him: and they came to Judah and Jerusalem, and destroyed all the princes of the people from among the people, and sent all the spoil of them unto the king of Damascus.
满了一年，亚兰的军兵上来攻击约阿施，来到犹大和耶路撒冷，杀了民中的众首领，将所掠的财货送到大马士革王那里。

8. Though it be given him to be in safety, whereon he resteth; yet his eyes are upon their ways.
神使他们安稳，他们就有所倚靠。神的眼目也看顾他们的道路。

9. These things also belong to the wise. It is not good to have respect of persons in judgment.
以下也是智慧人的箴言。审判时看人的情面，是不好的。

10. Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed, when the LORD of hosts shall reign in mount Zion, and in Jerusalem, and before his ancients gloriously.
那时月亮要蒙羞，日头要惭愧。因为万军之耶和华必在锡安山，在耶路撒冷作王。在敬畏他的长老面前，必有荣耀。

11. And your tires shall be upon your heads, and your shoes upon your feet: ye shall not mourn nor weep; but ye shall pine away for your iniquities, and mourn one toward another.
你们仍要头上勒裹头巾，脚上穿鞋。不可悲哀哭泣。你们必因自己的罪孽相对叹息，渐渐消灭。

12. Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
那时若有人对你们说，基督在这里。或说，基督在那里，你们不要信。

13. And when they found not his body, they came, saying, that they had also seen a vision of angels, which said that he was alive.
不见他的身体，就回来告诉我们说，看见了天使显现，说他活了。

14. And he commanded a centurion to keep Paul, and to let him have liberty, and that he should forbid none of his acquaintance to minister or come unto him.
于是吩咐百夫长看守保罗并且宽待他，也不拦阻他的亲友来供给他。
