1. And the servant ran to meet her, and said, Let me, I pray thee, drink a little water of thy pitcher.
仆人跑上前去迎着她,说,求你将瓶里的水给我一点喝。

2. And the sight of the glory of the LORD was like devouring fire on the top of the mount in the eyes of the children of Israel.
耶和华的荣耀在山顶上,在以色列人眼前,形状如烈火。

3. And he that killeth any man shall surely be put to death.
打死人的,必被治死。

4. I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.
我看他却不在现时。我望他却不在近日。有星要出于雅各,有杖要兴于以色列,必打破摩押的四角,毁坏扰乱之子。

5. Thou shalt not pervert the judgment of the stranger, nor of the fatherless; nor take a widow's raiment to pledge:
你不可向寄居的和孤儿屈枉正直,也不可拿寡妇的衣裳作当头。

6. For the LORD our God, he it is that brought us up and our fathers out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage, and which did those great signs in our sight, and preserved us in all the way wherein we went, and among all the people through whom we passed:
因耶和华我们的神曾将我们和我们列祖从埃及地的为奴之家领出来,在我们眼前行了那些大神迹,在我们所行的道上,所经过的诸国,都保护了我们。

7. And he said to David, Thou art more righteous than I: for thou hast rewarded me good, whereas I have rewarded thee evil.
对大卫说,你比我公义。因为你以善待我,我却以恶待你。

8. And David spake unto the LORD when he saw the angel that smote the people, and said, Lo, I have sinned, and I have done wickedly: but these sheep, what have they done? let thine hand, I pray thee, be against me, and against my father's house.
大卫看见灭民的天使,就祷告耶和华说,我犯了罪,行了恶。但这群羊作了什么呢。愿你的手攻击我和我的父家。

9. And the king of Babylon made Mattaniah his father's brother king in his stead, and changed his name to Zedekiah.
巴比伦王立约雅斤的叔叔玛探雅代替他作王,给玛探雅改名叫西底家。

10. The one and twentieth to Jachin, the two and twentieth to Gamul,
第二十一是雅斤,第二十二是迦末,

11. Now after the death of Jehoiada came the princes of Judah, and made obeisance to the king. Then the king hearkened unto them.
耶何耶大死后,犹大的众首领来朝拜王。王就听从他们。

12. For the morning is to them even as the shadow of death: if one know them, they are in the terrors of the shadow of death.
他们看早晨如幽暗,因为他们晓得幽暗的惊骇。

13. Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth:
你仇敌跌倒,你不要欢喜。他倾倒,你心不要快乐。

14. Fear, and the pit, and the snare, are upon thee, O inhabitant of the earth.
地上的居民哪,恐惧,陷坑,网罗,都临近你。

15. Forbear to cry, make no mourning for the dead, bind the tire of thine head upon thee, and put on thy shoes upon thy feet, and cover not thy lips, and eat not the bread of men.
只可叹息,不可出声,不可办理丧事。头上仍勒裹头巾,脚上仍穿鞋,不可蒙着嘴唇,也不可吃吊丧的食物。

16. Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
在房上的,不要下来拿家里的东西。

17. And he said unto them, What manner of communications are these that ye have one to another, as ye walk, and are sad?
耶稣对他们说,你们走路彼此谈论的是什么事呢。他们就站住,脸上带着愁容。

18. Now after many years I came to bring alms to my nation, and offerings.
过了几年,我带着周济本国的捐项和供献的物上去。
