1. I will not drive them out from before thee in one year; lest the land become desolate, and the beast of the field multiply against thee.
我不在一年之内将他们从你面前撵出去,恐怕地成为荒凉,野地的兽多起来害你。

2. For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.
当这日,凡不刻苦己心的,必从民中剪除。

3. And Balaam said unto Balak, Build me here seven altars, and prepare me here seven bullocks and seven rams.
巴兰对巴勒说,你在这里为我筑七座坛,又在这里为我预备七只公牛,七只公羊。

4. And David went up from thence, and dwelt in strong holds at Engedi.
大卫从那里上去,住在隐基底的山寨里。

5. Heleb the son of Baanah, a Netophathite, Ittai the son of Ribai out of Gibeah of the children of Benjamin,
尼陀法人巴拿的儿子希立,便雅悯族,基比亚人利拜的儿子以太,

6. In his days Pharaohnechoh king of Egypt went up against the king of Assyria to the river Euphrates: and king Josiah went against him; and he slew him at Megiddo, when he had seen him.
约西亚年间,埃及王法老尼哥上到幼发拉底河攻击亚述王。约西亚王去抵挡他。埃及王遇见约西亚在米吉多,就杀了他。

7. Both for the shewbread, and for the fine flour for meat offering, and for the unleavened cakes, and for that which is baked in the pan, and for that which is fried, and for all manner of measure and size;
并管理陈设饼,素祭的细面,或无酵薄饼,或用盘烤,或用油调和的物,又管理各样的升斗尺度。

8. Who hath woe? who hath sorrow? who hath contentions? who hath babbling? who hath wounds without cause? who hath redness of eyes?
谁有祸患,谁有忧愁,谁有争斗,谁有哀叹,(或作怨言)谁无故受伤,谁眼目红赤。

9. Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?
耶和华说,我的话岂不像火,又像能打碎磐石的大锤吗。

10. And they shall deal with thee hatefully, and shall take away all thy labour, and shall leave thee naked and bare: and the nakedness of thy whoredoms shall be discovered, both thy lewdness and thy whoredoms.
他们必以恨恶办你,夺取你一切劳碌得来的,留下你赤身露体。你淫乱的下体,连你的淫行,带你的淫乱,都被显露。

11. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous,
你们这假冒为善的文士和法利赛人有祸了。因为你们建造先知的坟,修饰义人的墓,说,

12. For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the paps which never gave suck.
因为日子要到,人必说,不生育的,和未会怀胎的,未曾乳养婴孩的,有福了。

13. Whom I perceived to be accused of questions of their law, but to have nothing laid to his charge worthy of death or of bonds.
便查知他被告,是因他们律法的辩论,并没有什么该死该绑的罪名。
