1. And the Horites in their mount Seir, unto Elparan, which is by the wilderness.
在何利人的西珥山杀败了何利人，一直杀到靠近旷野的伊勒巴兰。

2. And he made ready his chariot, and took his people with him:
法老就预备他的车辆，带领军兵同去，

3. As for the living bird, he shall take it, and the cedar wood, and the scarlet, and the hyssop, and shall dip them and the living bird in the blood of the bird that was killed over the running water:
至于那只活鸟，祭司要把它和香柏木，朱红色线并牛膝草一同蘸于宰在活水上的鸟血中，

4. And Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, which were of them that searched the land, rent their clothes:
窥探地的人中，嫩的儿子约书亚和耶孚尼的儿子迦勒撕裂衣服，

5. And every beast that parteth the hoof, and cleaveth the cleft into two claws, and cheweth the cud among the beasts, that ye shall eat.
凡分蹄成为两瓣又倒嚼的走兽，你们都可以吃。

6. Then the children of Judah came unto Joshua in Gilgal: and Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite said unto him, Thou knowest the thing that the LORD said unto Moses the man of God concerning me and thee in Kadeshbarnea.
那时，犹大人来到吉甲见约书亚，有基尼洗族耶孚尼的儿子迦勒对约书亚说，耶和华在加低斯巴尼亚指着我与你对神人摩西所说的话，你都知道了。

7. And the Spirit of the LORD came mightily upon him, and he rent him as he would have rent a kid, and he had nothing in his hand: but he told not his father or his mother what he had done.
耶和华的灵大大感动参孙，他虽然手无器械，却将狮子撕裂，如同撕裂山羊羔一样。他行这事并没有告诉父母。

8. And Jonathan said to the young man that bare his armour, Come, and let us go over unto the garrison of these uncircumcised: it may be that the LORD will work for us: for there is no restraint to the LORD to save by many or by few.
约拿单对拿兵器的少年人说，我们不如过到未受割礼人的防营那里去，或者耶和华为我们施展能力。因为耶和华使人得胜，不在乎人多人少。

9. And thy handmaid had two sons, and they two strove together in the field, and there was none to part them, but the one smote the other, and slew him.
我有两个儿子，一日在田间争斗，没有人解劝，这个就打死那个。

10. And it was so, when Ahijah heard the sound of her feet, as she came in at the door, that he said, Come in, thou wife of Jeroboam; why feignest thou thyself to be another? for I am sent to thee with heavy tidings.
她刚进门，亚希雅听见她脚步的响声，就说，耶罗波安的妻，进来吧。你为何装作别的妇人呢。我奉差遣将凶事告诉你。

11. But the children of the murderers he slew not: according unto that which is written in the book of the law of Moses, wherein the LORD commanded, saying, The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, nor the children be put to death for the fathers; but every man shall be put to death for his own sin.
却没有治死杀王之人的儿子，是照摩西律法书上耶和华所吩咐的说，不可因子杀父，也不可因父杀子，各人要为本身的罪而死。

12. And Nogah, and Nepheg, and Japhia,
挪迦，尼斐，雅非亚，

13. And he built fenced cities in Judah: for the land had rest, and he had no war in those years; because the LORD had given him rest.
又在犹大建造了几座坚固城。国中太平数年，没有战争，因为耶和华赐他平安。

14. Turn from him, that he may rest, till he shall accomplish, as an hireling, his day.
便求你转眼不看他，使他得歇息。直等他像雇工人完毕他的日子。

15. Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the LORD is his refuge.
你们叫困苦人的谋算，变为羞辱。然而耶和华是他的避难所。

16. A scorner seeketh wisdom, and findeth it not: but knowledge is easy unto him that understandeth.
亵慢人寻智慧，却寻不着。聪明人易得知识。

17. He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth.
就是在忿怒中连连攻击众民的，在怒气中辖制列国，行逼迫无人阻止的。

18. And the wild asses did stand in the high places, they snuffed up the wind like dragons; their eyes did fail, because there was no grass.
野驴站在净光的高处，喘气好像野狗。因为无草，眼目失明。

19. Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Repent, and turn yourselves from your idols; and turn away your faces from all your abominations.
所以你要告诉以色列家说，主耶和华如此说，回头吧。离开你们的偶像，转脸莫从你们一切可憎的事。

20. His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon.
他的枝条必延长，他的荣华如橄榄树，他的香气如黎巴嫩的香柏树。

21. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark:
那日，必没有光。三光必退缩。

22. But when Herod's birthday was kept, the daughter of Herodias danced before them, and pleased Herod.
到了希律的生日，希罗底的女儿，在众人面前跳舞，使希律欢喜。

23. And Jesus said, Let her alone; why trouble ye her? she hath wrought a good work on me.
耶稣说，由他吧。为什么难为他呢。他在我身上作的是一件美事。

24. And they could not answer him again to these things.
他们不能对答这话。

25. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
耶稣说，我就是道路，真理，生命。若不藉着我。没有人能到父那里去。

26. They were ware of it, and fled unto Lystra and Derbe, cities of Lycaonia, and unto the region that lieth round about:
使徒知道了，就逃往吕高尼的路司得，特庇，两个城，和周围地方去。

27. He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.
守日的人，是为主守的。吃的人，是为主吃的，因他感谢神。不吃的人，是为主不吃的，也感谢神。

28. Now, brethren, if I come unto you speaking with tongues, what shall I profit you, except I shall speak to you either by revelation, or by knowledge, or by prophesying, or by doctrine?
弟兄们，我到你们那里去，若只说方言，不用启示，或知识，或预言，或教训，给你们讲解，我与你们有什么益处呢。

29. And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
我又看见另一位天使飞在空中，有永远的福音要传给住在地上的人，就是各国各族各方各民。
