1. This is my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised.
你们所有的男子，都要受割礼。这就是我与你，并你的后裔所立的约，是你们所当遵守的。

2. And the LORD said unto Moses, Bring Aaron's rod again before the testimony, to be kept for a token against the rebels; and thou shalt quite take away their murmurings from me, that they die not.
耶和华吩咐摩西说，把亚伦的杖还放在法柜前，给这些背叛之子留作记号。这样，你就使他们向我发的怨言止息，免得他们死亡。

3. And since the time that I commanded judges to be over my people Israel. Moreover I will subdue all thine enemies. Furthermore I tell thee that the LORD will build thee an house.
并不像我命士师治理我民以色列的时候一样。我必治服你的一切仇敌，并且我耶和华应许你，必为你建立家室。

4. A reproof entereth more into a wise man than an hundred stripes into a fool.
一句责备话，深入聪明人的心，强如责打愚昧人一百下。

5. So Joshua did as Moses had said to him, and fought with Amalek: and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill.
于是约书亚照着摩西对他所说的话行，和亚玛力人争战。摩西，亚伦，与户珥都上了山顶。

6. And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people.
凡以色列家中的人，或是寄居在他们中间的外人，若吃什么血，我必向那吃血的人变脸，把他从民中剪除。

7. And thou shalt do according to the sentence, which they of that place which the LORD shall choose shall shew thee; and thou shalt observe to do according to all that they inform thee:
他们在耶和华所选择的地方指示你的判语，你必照着他们所指教你的一切话谨守遵行。

8. Southward it was Ephraim's, and northward it was Manasseh's, and the sea is his border; and they met together in Asher on the north, and in Issachar on the east.
南归以法莲，北归玛拿西，以海为界。北边到亚设，东边到以萨迦。

9. And Micah said unto him, Dwell with me, and be unto me a father and a priest, and I will give thee ten shekels of silver by the year, and a suit of apparel, and thy victuals. So the Levite went in.
米迦说，你可以住在我这里，我以你为父，为祭司。我每年给你十舍客勒银子，一套衣服和度日的食物。利未人就进了他的家。

10. And the Philistine said, I defy the armies of Israel this day; give me a man, that we may fight together.
那非利士人又说，我今日向以色列人的军队骂阵。你们叫一个人出来，与我战斗。

11. And he also that is valiant, whose heart is as the heart of a lion, shall utterly melt: for all Israel knoweth that thy father is a mighty man, and they which be with him are valiant men.
虽有人胆大如狮子，他的心也必消化。因为以色列人都知道你父亲是英雄，跟随他的人也都是勇士。

12. So he arose and went to Zarephath. And when he came to the gate of the city, behold, the widow woman was there gathering of sticks: and he called to her, and said, Fetch me, I pray thee, a little water in a vessel, that I may drink.
以利亚就起身往撒勒法去。到了城门，见有一个寡妇在那里捡柴，以利亚呼叫她说，求你用器皿取点水来给我喝。

13. And they set them up images and groves in every high hill, and under every green tree:
在各高冈上，各青翠树下立柱像和木偶。

14. And the fear of the LORD fell upon all the kingdoms of the lands that were round about Judah, so that they made no war against Jehoshaphat.
耶和华使犹大四围的列国都甚恐惧，不敢与约沙法争战。

15. But as for you all, do ye return, and come now: for I cannot find one wise man among you.
至于你们众人，可以再来辩论吧。你们中间，我找不着一个智慧人。

16. They are inclosed in their own fat: with their mouth they speak proudly.
他们的心被脂油包裹。他们用口说骄傲的话。

17. Because thou hast forgotten the God of thy salvation, and hast not been mindful of the rock of thy strength, therefore shalt thou plant pleasant plants, and shalt set it with strange slips:
因你忘记救你的神，不记念你能力的磐石。所以你栽上佳美的树秧子，插上异样的栽子。

18. Yea, behold, being planted, shall it prosper? shall it not utterly wither, when the east wind toucheth it? it shall wither in the furrows where it grew.
葡萄树虽然栽种，岂能发旺呢。一经东风，岂不全然枯乾吗。必在生长的畦中枯乾了。

19. I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
我耶和华是鉴察人心，试验人肺腑的，要照各人所行的和他作事的结果报应他。

20. And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come?
门徒问耶稣说，文士为什么说，以利亚必须先来。

21. So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.
这样，你们作完了一切所吩咐的，只当说，我们是无用的仆人。所作的本是我们应分作的。

22. And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them.
凡是我的都是你的，你的也是我的。并且我因他们得了荣耀。

23. And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews.
弟兄们，随既在夜间打发保罗和西拉往庇哩亚去。二人到了，就进入犹太人的会堂。

24. And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
又是七位王。五位已经倾倒了，一位还在，一位还没有来到。他来的时候，必须暂时存留。
