1. He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs be circumcised: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant.
你家里生的和你用银子买的，都必须受割礼。这样，我的约就立在你们肉体上作永远的约。

2. Whosoever cometh any thing near unto the tabernacle of the LORD shall die: shall we be consumed with dying?
凡挨近耶和华帐幕的是必死的。我们都要死亡吗，

3. I will be his father, and he shall be my son: and I will not take my mercy away from him, as I took it from him that was before thee:
我要作他的父，他要作我的子。并不使我的慈爱离开他，像离开在你以前的扫罗一样。

4. Whoso rewardeth evil for good, evil shall not depart from his house.
以恶报善的，祸患必不离他的家。

5. And Joshua discomfited Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.
约书亚用刀杀了亚玛力王和他的百姓。

6. And whatsoever man there be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, which hunteth and catcheth any beast or fowl that may be eaten; he shall even pour out the blood thereof, and cover it with dust.
凡以色列人，或是寄居在他们中间的外人，若打猎得了可吃的禽兽，必放出它的血来，用土掩盖。

7. And all the people shall hear, and fear, and do no more presumptuously.
众百姓都要听见害怕，不再擅敢行事。

8. Yet it came to pass, when the children of Israel were waxen strong, that they put the Canaanites to tribute, but did not utterly drive them out.
及至以色列人强盛了，就使迦南人作苦工，没有把他们全然赶出。

9. Then said Micah, Now know I that the LORD will do me good, seeing I have a Levite to my priest.
米迦说，现在我知道耶和华必赐福与我，因我有一个利未人作祭司。

10. And the three eldest sons of Jesse went and followed Saul to the battle: and the names of his three sons that went to the battle were Eliab the firstborn, and next unto him Abinadab, and the third Shammah.
耶西的三个大儿子跟随扫罗出征。这出征的三个儿子，长子名叫以利押，次子名叫亚比拿达，三子名叫沙玛。

11. Moreover, if he be gotten into a city, then shall all Israel bring ropes to that city, and we will draw it into the river, until there be not one small stone found there.
他若进了哪一座城，以色列众人必带绳子去，将那城拉到河里，甚至连一块小石头都不剩下。

12. And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go and do as thou hast said: but make me thereof a little cake first, and bring it unto me, and after make for thee and for thy son.
以利亚对她说，不要惧怕。可以照你所说的去作吧。只要先为我作一个小饼拿来给我，然后为你和你的儿子作饼。

13. Yet the LORD testified against Israel, and against Judah, by all the prophets, and by all the seers, saying, Turn ye from your evil ways, and keep my commandments and my statutes, according to all the law which I commanded your fathers, and which I sent to you by my servants the prophets.
但耶和华藉众先知，先见劝戒以色列人和犹大人说，当离开你们的恶行，谨守我的诫命律例，遵行我吩咐你们列祖，并藉我仆人众先知所传给你们的律法。

14. And he had much business in the cities of Judah: and the men of war, mighty men of valour, were in Jerusalem.
他在犹大城邑中有许多工程，又在耶路撒冷有战士，就是大能的勇士。

15. If I wait, the grave is mine house: I have made my bed in the darkness.
我若盼望阴间为我的房屋，若下榻在黑暗中，

16. Arise, O LORD, disappoint him, cast him down: deliver my soul from the wicked, which is thy sword:
耶和华阿，求你起来，前去迎敌，将他打倒。用你的刀救护我命脱离恶人。

17. The nations shall rush like the rushing of many waters: but God shall rebuke them, and they shall flee far off, and shall be chased as the chaff of the mountains before the wind, and like a rolling thing before the whirlwind.
列邦奔腾，好像多水滔滔。但神斥责他们，他们就远远逃避，又被追赶，如同山上的风前糠，又如暴风前的旋风土。

18. And hath taken of the king's seed, and made a covenant with him, and hath taken an oath of him: he hath also taken the mighty of the land:
从以色列的宗室中取一人与他立约，使他发誓，并将国中有势力的人掳去，

19. O LORD, the hope of Israel, all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the LORD, the fountain of living waters.
耶和华以色列的盼望阿，凡离弃你的必致蒙羞。耶和华说，离开我的，他们的名字必写在土里，因为他们离弃我这活水的泉源。

20. Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist.
门徒这才明白耶稣所说的，是指着施洗的约翰。

21. And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.
高声说，耶稣，夫子，可怜我们吧。

22. And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.
现在我往你们那里去。我还在世上说这话，是叫他们心里充满我的喜乐。

23. But when the Jews of Thessalonica had knowledge that the word of God was preached of Paul at Berea, they came thither also, and stirred up the people.
但帖撒罗尼迦的犹太人，知道保罗又在庇哩亚传神的道，也就往那里去，耸动搅扰众人。

24. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
他们同心合意，将自己的能力权柄给那兽。
