1. And God said unto Abraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations.
神又对亚伯拉罕说，你和你的后裔，必世世代代遵守我的约。

2. And Moses brought out all the rods from before the LORD unto all the children of Israel: and they looked, and took every man his rod.
摩西就把所有的杖从耶和华面前拿出来，给以色列众人看。他们看见了，各首领就把自己的杖拿去。

3. Also I will ordain a place for my people Israel, and will plant them, and they shall dwell in their place, and shall be moved no more; neither shall the children of wickedness waste them any more, as at the beginning,
我必为我民以色列选定一个地方，栽培他们，使他们住自己的地方，不再迁移。凶恶之子也不像从前扰害他们，

4. He that covereth a transgression seeketh love; but he that repeateth a matter separateth very friends.
遮掩人过的，寻求人爱。屡次挑错的，离间密友。

5. And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: to morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand.
摩西对约书亚说，你为我们选出人来，出去和亚玛力人争战。明天我手里要拿着神的杖，站在山顶上。

6. And bringeth it not unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, to offer it unto the LORD; even that man shall be cut off from among his people.
若不带到会幕门口献给耶和华，那人必从民中剪除。

7. And thou shalt come unto the priests the Levites, and unto the judge that shall be in those days, and enquire; and they shall shew thee the sentence of judgment:
去见祭司利未人，并当时的审判官，求问他们，他们必将判语指示你。

8. And the coast descended unto the river Kanah, southward of the river: these cities of Ephraim are among the cities of Manasseh: the coast of Manasseh also was on the north side of the river, and the outgoings of it were at the sea:
其界下到加拿河的南边。在玛拿西城邑中的这些城邑都归以法莲。玛拿西的地界是在河北直通到海为止。

9. And Micah said unto him, Whence comest thou? And he said unto him, I am a Levite of Bethlehemjudah, and I go to sojourn where I may find a place.
米迦问他说，你从哪里来。他回答说，从犹大的伯利恒来。我是利未人，要找一个可住的地方。

10. If he be able to fight with me, and to kill me, then will we be your servants: but if I prevail against him, and kill him, then shall ye be our servants, and serve us.
他若能与我战斗，将我杀死，我们就作你们的仆人。我若胜了他，将他杀死，你们就作我们的仆人，服事我们。

11. Behold, he is hid now in some pit, or in some other place: and it will come to pass, when some of them be overthrown at the first, that whosoever heareth it will say, There is a slaughter among the people that follow Absalom.
他现今或藏在坑中或在别处，若有人首先被杀，凡听见的必说，跟随押沙龙的民被杀了。

12. Arise, get thee to Zarephath, which belongeth to Zidon, and dwell there: behold, I have commanded a widow woman there to sustain thee.
你起身往西顿的撒勒法（撒勒法与路加福音四章二十六节同）去，住在那里。我已吩咐那里的一个寡妇供养你。

13. And the children of Israel did secretly those things that were not right against the LORD their God, and they built them high places in all their cities, from the tower of the watchmen to the fenced city.
以色列人暗中行不正的事，违背耶和华他们的神，在他们所有的城邑，从了望楼直到坚固城，建筑邱坛。

14. And they taught in Judah, and had the book of the law of the LORD with them, and went about throughout all the cities of Judah, and taught the people.
他们带着耶和华的律法书，走遍犹大各城教训百姓。

15. The righteous also shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger.
然而，义人要持守所行的道。手洁的人要力上加力。

16. From the wicked that oppress me, from my deadly enemies, who compass me about.
使我脱离那欺压我的恶人，就是围困我，要害我命的仇敌。

17. In that day shall his strong cities be as a forsaken bough, and an uppermost branch, which they left because of the children of Israel: and there shall be desolation.
在那日他们的坚固城，必像树林中和山顶上所撇弃的地方，就是从前在以色列人面前被人撇弃的。这样，地就荒凉了。

18. Say thou, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Shall it prosper? shall he not pull up the roots thereof, and cut off the fruit thereof, that it wither? it shall wither in all the leaves of her spring, even without great power or many people to pluck it up by the roots thereof.
你要说，主耶和华如此说，这葡萄树岂能发旺呢。鹰岂不拔出它的根来，芟除它的果子，使它枯乾，使它发的嫩叶都枯乾了吗。也不用大力和多民，就拔出它的根来。

19. The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
人心比万物都诡诈，坏到极处，谁能识透呢。

20. And as they came down from the mountain, Jesus charged them, saying, Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from the dead.
下山的时候，耶稣吩咐他们说，人子还没有从死里复活，你们不要将所看见的告诉人。

21. Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not.
仆人照所吩咐的去作，主人还谢谢他吗。

22. I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.
我为他们祈求。不为世人祈求，却为你所赐给我的人祈求，因他们本是你的。

23. And when they had taken security of Jason, and of the other, they let them go.
于是取了耶孙和其馀之人的保状，就释放了他们。

24. And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
智慧的心在此可以思想。那七头就是女人所坐的七座山。
