1. And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.
我要将你现在寄居的地，就是迦南全地，赐给你和你的后裔永远为业，我也必作他们的神。

2. And it came to pass, that on the morrow Moses went into the tabernacle of witness; and, behold, the rod of Aaron for the house of Levi was budded, and brought forth buds, and bloomed blossoms, and yielded almonds.
第二天，摩西进法柜的帐幕去。谁知利未族亚伦的杖已经发了芽，生了花苞，开了花，结了熟杏。

3. And I have been with thee whithersoever thou hast walked, and have cut off all thine enemies from before thee, and have made thee a name like the name of the great men that are in the earth.
你无论往哪里去，我常与你同在，剪除你的一切仇敌。我必使你得大名，好像世上大大有名的人一样。

4. A gift is as a precious stone in the eyes of him that hath it: whithersoever it turneth, it prospereth.
贿赂在馈送人的眼中，看为宝玉。随处运动，都得顺利。

5. Then came Amalek, and fought with Israel in Rephidim.
那时，亚玛力人来在利非订，和以色列人争战。

6. And thou shalt say unto them, Whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers which sojourn among you, that offereth a burnt offering or sacrifice,
你要晓谕他们说，凡以色列家中的人，或是寄居在他们中间的外人，献燔祭或是平安祭，

7. If there arise a matter too hard for thee in judgment, between blood and blood, between plea and plea, and between stroke and stroke, being matters of controversy within thy gates: then shalt thou arise, and get thee up into the place which the LORD thy God shall choose;
你城中若起了争讼的事，或因流血，或因争竞，或因殴打，是你难断的案件，你就当起来，往耶和华你神所选择的地方

8. Now Manasseh had the land of Tappuah: but Tappuah on the border of Manasseh belonged to the children of Ephraim;
他普亚地归玛拿西，只是玛拿西境界上的他普亚城归以法莲子孙。

9. And the man departed out of the city from Bethlehemjudah to sojourn where he could find a place: and he came to mount Ephraim to the house of Micah, as he journeyed.
这人离开犹大的伯利恒城，要找一个可住的地方。行路的时候，到了以法莲山地，走到米迦的家。

10. And he stood and cried unto the armies of Israel, and said unto them, Why are ye come out to set your battle in array? am not I a Philistine, and ye servants to Saul? choose you a man for you, and let him come down to me.
歌利亚对着以色列的军队站立，呼叫说，你们出来摆列队伍作什么呢。我不是非利士人吗。你们不是扫罗的仆人吗。可以从你们中间拣选一人，使他下到我这里来。

11. For, said Hushai, thou knowest thy father and his men, that they be mighty men, and they be chafed in their minds, as a bear robbed of her whelps in the field: and thy father is a man of war, and will not lodge with the people.
户筛又说，你知道，你父亲和跟随他的人都是勇士，现在他们心里恼怒，如同田野丢崽子的母熊一般，而且你父亲是个战士，必不和民一同住宿。

12. And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying,
耶和华的话临到他说，

13. And walked in the statutes of the heathen, whom the LORD cast out from before the children of Israel, and of the kings of Israel, which they had made.
随从耶和华在他们面前所赶出外邦人的风俗和以色列诸王所立的条规。

14. And with them he sent Levites, even Shemaiah, and Nethaniah, and Zebadiah, and Asahel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehonathan, and Adonijah, and Tobijah, and Tobadonijah, Levites; and with them Elishama and Jehoram, priests.
同着他们有利未人示玛雅，尼探雅，西巴第雅，亚撒黑，示米拉末，约拿单，亚多尼雅，多比雅，驼巴多尼雅，又有祭司以利沙玛，约兰同着他们。

15. Upright men shall be astonied at this, and the innocent shall stir up himself against the hypocrite.
正直人因此必惊奇。无辜的人，要兴起攻击不敬虔之辈。

16. Keep me as the apple of the eye, hide me under the shadow of thy wings,
求你保护我，如同保护眼中的瞳人。将我隐藏在你翅膀的荫下，

17. And he shall not look to the altars, the work of his hands, neither shall respect that which his fingers have made, either the groves, or the images.
他们必不仰望祭坛，就是自己手所筑的，也不重看自己指头所作的，无论是木偶，或日像。

18. It was planted in a good soil by great waters, that it might bring forth branches, and that it might bear fruit, that it might be a goodly vine.
这树栽于肥田多水的旁边，好生枝子，结果子，成为佳美的葡萄树。

19. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.
他必像树栽于水旁，在河边扎根，炎热来到，并不惧怕，叶子仍必青翠，在乾旱之年毫无挂虑，而且结果不止。

20. And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only.
他们举目不见一人，只见耶稣在那里。

21. And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink?
岂不对他说，你给我豫备晚饭，束上带子伺候我，等我吃喝完了，你才可以吃喝吗。

22. For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.
因为你所赐给我的道，我已经赐给他们。他们也领受了，又确实知道，我是从你出来的，并且信你差了我来。

23. And they troubled the people and the rulers of the city, when they heard these things.
众人和地方官，听见这话，就惊慌了。

24. The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
你所看见的兽，先前有，如今没有。将要从无底坑里上来，又要归于沉沦。凡住在地上名字从创世以来没有记在生命册上的，见先前有，如今没有，以后再有的兽，就必希奇。
