1. Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.
从此以后，你的名不再叫亚伯兰，要叫亚伯拉罕，因为我已立你作多国的父。

2. And it shall come to pass, that the man's rod, whom I shall choose, shall blossom: and I will make to cease from me the murmurings of the children of Israel, whereby they murmur against you.
后来我所拣选的那人，他的杖必发芽。这样，我必使以色列人向你们所发的怨言止息，不再达到我耳中。

3. For I have not dwelt in an house since the day that I brought up Israel unto this day; but have gone from tent to tent, and from one tabernacle to another.
自从我领以色列人出埃及，直到今日，我未曾住过殿宇，乃从这会幕到那会幕，从这帐幕到那帐幕。

4. And the LORD said unto Moses, Go on before the people, and take with thee of the elders of Israel; and thy rod, wherewith thou smotest the river, take in thine hand, and go.
耶和华对摩西说，你手里拿着你先前击打河水的杖，带领以色列的几个长老，从百姓面前走过去。

5. To the end that the children of Israel may bring their sacrifices, which they offer in the open field, even that they may bring them unto the LORD, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, unto the priest, and offer them for peace offerings unto the LORD.
这是为要使以色列人把他们在田野里所献的祭带到会幕门口，耶和华面前，交给祭司，献与耶和华为平安祭。

6. Then shalt thou bring forth that man or that woman, which have committed that wicked thing, unto thy gates, even that man or that woman, and shalt stone them with stones, till they die.
你就要将行这恶事的男人或女人拉到城门外，用石头将他打死。

7. And there fell ten portions to Manasseh, beside the land of Gilead and Bashan, which were on the other side Jordan;
除了约旦河东的基列和巴珊地之外，还有十分地归玛拿西，

8. And the man Micah had an house of gods, and made an ephod, and teraphim, and consecrated one of his sons, who became his priest.
这米迦有了神堂，又制造以弗得和家中的神像，分派他一个儿子作祭司。

9. And he had an helmet of brass upon his head, and he was armed with a coat of mail; and the weight of the coat was five thousand shekels of brass.
头戴铜盔，身穿铠甲，甲重五千舍客勒。

10. Then said Absalom, Call now Hushai the Archite also, and let us hear likewise what he saith.
押沙龙说，要召亚基人户筛来，我们也要听他怎样说。

11. So he went and did according unto the word of the LORD: for he went and dwelt by the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan.
于是以利亚照着耶和华的话，去住在约旦河东的基立溪旁。

12. Then the king of Assyria came up throughout all the land, and went up to Samaria, and besieged it three years.
亚述王上来攻击以色列遍地，上到撒马利亚，围困三年。

13. Therefore the LORD stablished the kingdom in his hand; and all Judah brought to Jehoshaphat presents; and he had riches and honour in abundance.
所以耶和华坚定他的国，犹大众人给他进贡。约沙法大有尊荣资财。

14. He that speaketh flattery to his friends, even the eyes of his children shall fail.
控告他的朋友，以朋友为可抢夺的，连他儿女的眼睛也要失明。

15. Hold up my goings in thy paths, that my footsteps slip not.
我的脚踏定了你的路径，我的两脚未曾滑跌。

16. Whoso mocketh the poor reproacheth his Maker: and he that is glad at calamities shall not be unpunished.
戏笑穷人的，是辱没造他的主。幸灾乐祸的，必不免受罚。

17. And it shall be as when the harvestman gathereth the corn, and reapeth the ears with his arm; and it shall be as he that gathereth ears in the valley of Rephaim.
就必像收割的人，收敛禾稼，用手割取穗子。又像人在利乏音谷拾取遗落的穗子。

18. He took also of the seed of the land, and planted it in a fruitful field; he placed it by great waters, and set it as a willow tree.
又将以色列地的枝子栽于肥田里，插在大水旁，如插柳树，

19. Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.
耶和华如此说，倚靠人血肉的膀臂，心中离弃耶和华的，那人有祸了。

20. While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.
说话之间，忽然有一朵光明的云彩遮盖他们。且有声音从云彩里出来说，这是我的爱子，我所喜悦的。你们要听他。

21. And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.
使徒对主说，求主加增我们的信心。

22. And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.
父阿，现在求你使我同你享荣耀，就是未有世界以先，我同你所有的荣耀。

23. But the Jews which believed not, moved with envy, took unto them certain lewd fellows of the baser sort, and gathered a company, and set all the city on an uproar, and assaulted the house of Jason, and sought to bring them out to the people.
但那不信的犹太人心里嫉妒，招聚了些市井匪类，搭夥成群，耸动合城的人，闯进耶孙的家，要将保罗西拉带到百姓那里。

24. And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
在他额上有名写着说，奥秘哉，大巴比伦，作世上的淫妇和一切可憎之物的母。
