1. And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly.
我就与你立约，使你的后裔极其繁多。

2. Speak unto the children of Israel, and take of every one of them a rod according to the house of their fathers, of all their princes according to the house of their fathers twelve rods: write thou every man's name upon his rod.
你晓谕以色列人，从他们手下取杖，每支派一根。从他们所有的首领，按着支派，共取十二根。你要将各人的名字写在各人的杖上，

3. Then Nathan said unto David, Do all that is in thine heart; for God is with thee.
拿单对大卫说，你可以照你的心意而行，因为神与你同在。

4. Wherefore the people did chide with Moses, and said, Give us water that we may drink. And Moses said unto them, Why chide ye with me? wherefore do ye tempt the LORD?
所以与摩西争闹，说，给我们水喝吧。摩西对他们说，你们为什么与我争闹，为什么试探耶和华呢。

5. Speak unto Aaron, and unto his sons, and unto all the children of Israel, and say unto them; This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded, saying,
你晓谕亚伦和他儿子并以色列众人说，耶和华所吩咐的乃是这样，

6. If there be found among you, within any of thy gates which the LORD thy God giveth thee, man or woman, that hath wrought wickedness in the sight of the LORD thy God, in transgressing his covenant,
在你们中间，在耶和华你神所赐你的诸城中，无论哪座城里，若有人，或男或女，行耶和华你神眼中看为恶的事，违背了他的约，

7. There was also a lot for the rest of the children of Manasseh by their families; for the children of Abiezer, and for the children of Helek, and for the children of Asriel, and for the children of Shechem, and for the children of Hepher, and for the children of Shemida: these were the male children of Manasseh the son of Joseph by their families.
玛拿西其馀的子孙，按着宗族拈阄分地，就是亚比以谢子孙，希勒子孙，亚斯列子孙，示剑子孙，希弗子孙，示米大子孙。这些按着宗族，都是约瑟儿子玛拿西子孙的男丁。

8. And he said unto his mother, The eleven hundred shekels of silver that were taken from thee, about which thou cursedst, and spakest of also in mine ears, behold, the silver is with me; I took it. And his mother said, Blessed be thou of the LORD, my son.
他对母亲说，你那一千一百舍客勒银子被人拿去，你因此咒诅，并且告诉了我。看哪。这银子在我这里，是我拿去了。他母亲说，我儿阿，愿耶和华赐福与你。

9. And Saul and the men of Israel were gathered together, and pitched by the valley of Elah, and set the battle in array against the Philistines.
扫罗和以色列人也聚集，在以拉谷安营，摆列队伍，要与非利士人打仗。

10. And I will come upon him while he is weary and weak handed, and will make him afraid: and all the people that are with him shall flee; and I will smite the king only:
趁他疲乏手软，我忽然追上他，使他惊惶。跟随他的民必都逃跑，我就单杀王一人，

11. And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying,
耶和华的话临到以利亚说，

12. And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, but not as the kings of Israel that were before him.
他行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，只是不像在他以前的以色列诸王。

13. And he placed forces in all the fenced cities of Judah, and set garrisons in the land of Judah, and in the cities of Ephraim, which Asa his father had taken.
安置军兵在犹大一切坚固城里，又安置防兵在犹大地和他父亚撒所得以法莲的城邑中。

14. Are there not mockers with me? and doth not mine eye continue in their provocation?
真有戏笑我的在我这里，我眼常见他们惹动我。

15. Let my sentence come forth from thy presence; let thine eyes behold the things that are equal.
愿我的判语从你面前发出。愿你的眼睛观看公正。

16. A wise servant shall have rule over a son that causeth shame, and shall have part of the inheritance among the brethren.
仆人办事聪明，必管辖贻羞之子，又在众子中，同分产业。

17. The cities of Aroer are forsaken: they shall be for flocks, which shall lie down, and none shall make them afraid.
亚罗珥的城邑，已被撇弃。必成为牧羊之处，羊在那里躺卧，无人惊吓。

18. Son of man, put forth a riddle, and speak a parable unto the house of Israel;
人子阿，你要向以色列家出谜语，设比喻，

19. Whilst their children remember their altars and their groves by the green trees upon the high hills.
他们的儿女记念他们高冈上，青翠树旁的坛和木偶。

20. And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.
就在他们面前变了形像。脸面明亮如日头，衣裳洁白如光。

21. It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.
就是把磨石拴在这人的颈项上，丢在海里，还强如他把这小子里的一个绊倒了。

22. As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.
正如你曾赐给他权柄，管理凡有血气的，叫他将永生赐给你所赐给他的人。

23. And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures,
保罗照他素常的规矩进去，一连三个安息日，本着圣经与他们辩论，

24. With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.
地上的君王与他行淫。住在地上的人喝醉了他淫乱的酒。
