1. And God said unto Abraham, As for Sarai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall her name be.
神又对亚伯拉罕说，你的妻子撒莱，不可再叫撒莱，她的名要叫撒拉。

2. According to all these words, and according to all this vision, so did Nathan speak unto David.
拿单就按这一切话，照这默示告诉大卫。

3. He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to the LORD.
定恶人为义的，定义人为恶的，这都为耶和华所憎恶。

4. And Moses built an altar, and called the name of it Jehovahnissi:
摩西筑了一座坛，起名叫耶和华尼西（就是耶和华是我旌旗的意思），

5. And every soul that eateth that which died of itself, or that which was torn with beasts, whether it be one of your own country, or a stranger, he shall both wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even: then shall he be clean.
凡吃自死的，或是被野兽撕裂的，无论是本地人，是寄居的，必不洁净到晚上，都要洗衣服，用水洗身，到了晚上才为洁净。

6. Thou shalt in any wise set him king over thee, whom the LORD thy God shall choose: one from among thy brethren shalt thou set king over thee: thou mayest not set a stranger over thee, which is not thy brother.
你总要立耶和华你神所拣选的人为王。必从你弟兄中立一人。不可立你弟兄以外的人为王。

7. And Joshua answered them, If thou be a great people, then get thee up to the wood country, and cut down for thyself there in the land of the Perizzites and of the giants, if mount Ephraim be too narrow for thee.
约书亚说，你们如果族大人多，嫌以法莲山地窄小，就可以上比利洗人，利乏音人之地，在树林中砍伐树木。

8. But David went and returned from Saul to feed his father's sheep at Bethlehem.
大卫有时离开扫罗，回伯利恒放他父亲的羊。

9. Then said Hushai unto Zadok and to Abiathar the priests, Thus and thus did Ahithophel counsel Absalom and the elders of Israel; and thus and thus have I counselled.
户筛对祭司撒督和亚比亚他说，亚希多弗为押沙龙和以色列的长老所定的计谋是如此如此，我所定的计谋是如此如此。

10. And she went and did according to the saying of Elijah: and she, and he, and her house, did eat many days.
妇人就照以利亚的话去行。她和她家中的人，并以利亚，吃了许多日子。

11. And they rejected his statutes, and his covenant that he made with their fathers, and his testimonies which he testified against them; and they followed vanity, and became vain, and went after the heathen that were round about them, concerning whom the LORD had charged them, that they should not do like them.
厌弃他的律例和他与他们列祖所立的约，并劝戒他们的话，随从虚无的神，自己成为虚妄，效法周围的外邦人，就是耶和华嘱咐他们不可效法的。

12. And next to him was Jehohanan the captain, and with him two hundred and fourscore thousand.
其次是，千夫长约哈难率领大能的勇士二十八万。

13. And where is now my hope? as for my hope, who shall see it?
这样，我的指望在那里呢。我所指望的谁能看见呢。

14. As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness.
至于我，我必在义中见你的面。我醒了的时候，得见你的形像，就心满意足了。

15. But he rebelled against him in sending his ambassadors into Egypt, that they might give him horses and much people. Shall he prosper? shall he escape that doeth such things? or shall he break the covenant, and be delivered?
他却背叛巴比伦王，打发使者往埃及去，要他们给他马匹和多民。他岂能亨通呢。行这样事的人岂能逃脱呢。他背约岂能逃脱呢。

16. Behold, they say unto me, Where is the word of the LORD? let it come now.
他们对我说，耶和华的话在哪里呢。叫这话应验吧。

17. Lord, have mercy on my son: for he is lunatick, and sore vexed: for ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water.
主阿，怜悯我的儿子。他害癫痫的病很苦，屡次跌在火里，屡次跌在水里。

18. And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,
内中有一个见自己已经好了，就回来大声归荣耀与神。

19. I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.
我不求你叫他们离开世界，只求你保守他们脱离

20. And they that conducted Paul brought him unto Athens: and receiving a commandment unto Silas and Timotheus for to come to him with all speed, they departed.
送保罗的人带他到了雅典。既领了保罗的命令，叫西拉和提摩太速速到他这里来，就回去了。

21. And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
天使又对我说，你所看见那淫妇坐的众水，就是多民多人多国多方。
