1. And while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the LORD being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city.
但罗得迟延不走。二人因为耶和华怜恤罗得，就拉着他的手和他妻子的手，并他两个女儿的手，把他们领出来，安置在城外。

2. And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.
到了第三天早晨，在山上有雷轰，闪电，和密云，并且角声甚大，营中的百姓尽都发颤。

3. Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbour: I am the LORD.
不可在民中往来搬弄是非，也不可与邻舍为敌，置之于死（原文作流他的血）。我是耶和华。

4. And whosoever toucheth one that is slain with a sword in the open fields, or a dead body, or a bone of a man, or a grave, shall be unclean seven days.
无论何人在田野里摸了被刀杀的，或是尸首，或是人的骨头，或是坟墓，就要七天不洁净。

5. If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong;
若有凶恶的见证人起来，见证某人作恶，

6. This is the inheritance of the children of Zebulun according to their families, these cities with their villages.
这些城并属城的村庄就是西布伦人按着宗族所得的地业。

7. And, behold, there came an old man from his work out of the field at even, which was also of mount Ephraim; and he sojourned in Gibeah: but the men of the place were Benjamites.
晚上，有一个老年人从田间作工回来。他原是以法莲山地的人，住在基比亚。那地方的人却是便雅悯人。

8. And when the messengers were come in, behold, there was an image in the bed, with a pillow of goats' hair for his bolster.
使者进去，看见床上有神像，头枕在山羊毛装的枕头上。

9. And Shimei the son of Gera, a Benjamite, which was of Bahurim, hasted and came down with the men of Judah to meet king David.
巴户琳的便雅悯人，基拉的儿子示每急忙与犹大人一同下去迎接大卫王。

10. And Jehu the son of Nimshi shalt thou anoint to be king over Israel: and Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abelmeholah shalt thou anoint to be prophet in thy room.
又膏宁示的孙子耶户作以色列王，并膏亚伯米何拉人沙法的儿子以利沙作先知接续你。

11. LORD, bow down thine ear, and hear: open, LORD, thine eyes, and see: and hear the words of Sennacherib, which hath sent him to reproach the living God.
耶和华阿，求你侧耳而听。耶和华阿，求你睁眼而看。要听西拿基立打发使者来辱骂永生神的话。

12. And when the Syrians saw that they were put to the worse before Israel, they sent messengers, and drew forth the Syrians that were beyond the river: and Shophach the captain of the host of Hadarezer went before them.
亚兰人见自己被以色列人打败，就打发使者将大河那边的亚兰人调来，哈大利谢的将军朔法率领他们。

13. I called my servant, and he gave me no answer; I intreated him with my mouth.
我呼唤仆人，虽用口求他，他还是不回答。

14. He that keepeth the commandment keepeth his own soul; but he that despiseth his ways shall die.
谨守诫命的，保全生命。轻忽己路的，必致死亡。

15. In that day shall Egypt be like unto women: and it shall be afraid and fear because of the shaking of the hand of the LORD of hosts, which he shaketh over it.
到那日，埃及人必像妇人一样。他们必因万军之耶和华在埃及以上所抡的手，战兢惧怕。

16. And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?
有一个人来见耶稣说，夫子，（有古卷作良善的夫子）我该作什么善事，才能得永生。

17. Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds.
头一个上来说，主阿，你的一锭银子，已经赚了十锭。

18. Then delivered he him therefore unto them to be crucified. And they took Jesus, and led him away.
于是彼拉多将耶稣交给他们去钉十字架。

19. And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.
恶鬼所附的人，就跳在他们身上，胜了其中二人，制伏他们，叫他们赤着身子受了伤，从那房子里逃出去了。

20. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
在他衣服和大腿上，有名写着说，万王之王，万主之主。
