1. For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.
因为耶和华要巡行击杀埃及人，他看见血在门楣上和左右的门框上，就必越过那门，不容灭命的进你们的房屋，击杀你们。

2. Only be sure that thou eat not the blood: for the blood is the life; and thou mayest not eat the life with the flesh.
只是你要心意坚定，不可吃血，因为血是生命。不可将血（原文作生命）与肉同吃。

3. The king of Dor in the coast of Dor, one; the king of the nations of Gilgal, one;
一个是多珥山冈的多珥王，一个是吉甲的戈印王，

4. Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the LORD in ceasing to pray for you: but I will teach you the good and the right way:
至于我，断不停止为你们祷告，以致得罪耶和华。我必以善道正路指教你们。

5. But now he is dead, wherefore should I fast? can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me.
孩子死了，我何必禁食，我岂能使他返回呢。我必往他那里去，他却不能回我这里来。

6. Speak unto Rehoboam, the son of Solomon, king of Judah, and unto all the house of Judah and Benjamin, and to the remnant of the people, saying,
你去告诉所罗门的儿子犹大王罗波安和犹大，便雅悯全家，并其馀的民说，

7. And these are the numbers of the bands that were ready armed to the war, and came to David to Hebron, to turn the kingdom of Saul to him, according to the word of the LORD.
预备打仗的兵来到希伯仑见大卫，要照着耶和华的话将扫罗的国位归与大卫。他们的数目如下，

8. The sons of Levi, the chief of the fathers, were written in the book of the chronicles, even until the days of Johanan the son of Eliashib.
利未人作族长的记在历史上，直到以利亚实的儿子约哈难的时候。

9. He increaseth the nations, and destroyeth them: he enlargeth the nations, and straiteneth them again.
他使邦国兴旺而又毁灭，他使邦国开广而又掳去。

10. A prudent man concealeth knowledge: but the heart of fools proclaimeth foolishness.
通达人隐藏知识。愚昧人的心，彰显愚昧。

11. Tell them therefore, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will make this proverb to cease, and they shall no more use it as a proverb in Israel; but say unto them, The days are at hand, and the effect of every vision.
你要告诉他们说，主耶和华如此说，我必使这俗语止息，以色列中不再用这俗语。你却要对他们说，日子临近，一切的异象必都应验。

12. And all the people were amazed, and said, Is not this the son of David?
众人都惊奇，说，这不是大卫的子孙吗。

13. In the resurrection therefore, when they shall rise, whose wife shall she be of them? for the seven had her to wife.
当复活的时候，他是那一个的妻子呢。因为他们七个人都娶过他。

14. The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment.
因为生命胜于饮食，身体胜于衣裳。

15. And Jesus answered them, saying, The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified.
耶稣说，人子得荣耀的时候到了。

16. And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.
希律不归荣耀给神，所以主的使者立刻罚他。他被虫所咬，气就绝了。

17. And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.
身上肢体，我们看为不体面的，越发给他加上体面。不俊美的，越发得着俊美。

18. To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
有名录在天上诸长子之会所共聚的总会，有审判众人的神，和被成全之义人的灵魂。
