1. And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.
那人说，你所赐给我，与我同居的女人，她把那树上的果子给我，我就吃了。

2. And he said, Certainly I will be with thee; and this shall be a token unto thee, that I have sent thee: When thou hast brought forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain.
神说，我必与你同在。你将百姓从埃及领出来之后，你们必在这山上事奉我，这就是我打发你去的证据。

3. And if his offering be a goat, then he shall offer it before the LORD.
人的供物若是山羊，必在耶和华面前献上。

4. And I, behold, I have taken the Levites from among the children of Israel instead of all the firstborn that openeth the matrix among the children of Israel: therefore the Levites shall be mine;
我从以色列人中拣选了利未人，代替以色列人一切头生的。利未人要归我。

5. And this land, which we possessed at that time, from Aroer, which is by the river Arnon, and half mount Gilead, and the cities thereof, gave I unto the Reubenites and to the Gadites.
那时，我们得了这地。从亚嫩谷边的亚罗珥起，我将基列山地的一半，并其中的城邑，都给了流便人和迦得人。

6. Now therefore take you twelve men out of the tribes of Israel, out of every tribe a man.
你们现在要从以色列支派中拣选十二个人，每支派一人，

7. And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of the LORD: and the LORD strengthened Eglon the king of Moab against Israel, because they had done evil in the sight of the LORD.
以色列人又行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，耶和华就使摩押王伊矶伦强盛，攻击以色列人。

8. And now it is true that I am thy near kinsman: howbeit there is a kinsman nearer than I.
我实在是你一个至近的亲属，只是还有一个人比我更近。

9. In that day I will perform against Eli all things which I have spoken concerning his house: when I begin, I will also make an end.
我指着以利家所说的话，到了时候，我必始终应验在以利身上。

10. And Abner sent messengers to David on his behalf, saying, Whose is the land? saying also, Make thy league with me, and, behold, my hand shall be with thee, to bring about all Israel unto thee.
押尼珥打发人去见大卫，替他说，这国归谁呢。又说，你与我立约，我必帮助你，使以色列人都归服你。

11. Behold, I have done according to thy words: lo, I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart; so that there was none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee.
我就应允你所求的，赐你聪明智慧，甚至在你以前没有像你的，在你以后也没有像你的。

12. And Jehoshaphat said, The word of the LORD is with him. So the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat and the king of Edom went down to him.
约沙法说，他必有耶和华的话。于是以色列王和约沙法，并以东王都下去见他。

13. Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son,
约阿施的儿子是亚玛谢。亚玛谢的儿子是亚撒利雅。亚撒利雅的儿子是约坦。

14. And one wing of the other cherub was five cubits, reaching to the wall of the house: and the other wing was five cubits also, joining to the wing of the other cherub.
那基路伯的一个翅膀长五肘，挨着殿那边的墙。那一个翅膀也长五肘，与这基路伯的翅膀相接。

15. But many of the priests and Levites and chief of the fathers, who were ancient men, that had seen the first house, when the foundation of this house was laid before their eyes, wept with a loud voice; and many shouted aloud for joy:
然而有许多祭司，利未人，族长，就是见过旧殿的老年人，现在亲眼看见立这殿的根基，便大声哭号，也有许多人大声欢呼。

16. And next unto him repaired Shallum the son of Halohesh, the ruler of the half part of Jerusalem, he and his daughters.
其次是管理耶路撒冷那一半，哈罗黑的儿子沙龙，和他的女儿们修造。

17. Then were the king's scribes called on the thirteenth day of the first month, and there was written according to all that Haman had commanded unto the king's lieutenants, and to the governors that were over every province, and to the rulers of every people of every province according to the writing thereof, and to every people after their language; in the name of king Ahasuerus was it written, and sealed with the king's ring.
正月十三日，就召了王的书记来，照着哈曼一切所吩咐的，用各省的文字，各族的方言，奉亚哈随鲁王的名写旨意，传与总督和各省的省长，并各族的首领。又用王的戒指盖印。

18. Why did the knees prevent me? or why the breasts that I should suck?
为何有膝接收我。为何有奶哺养我。

19. For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.
因为耶和华所爱的，他必责备。正如父亲责备所喜爱的儿子。

20. I know that there is no good in them, but for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life.
我知道世人，莫强如终身喜乐行善。

21. As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.
至于我的百姓，孩童欺压他们，妇女管辖他们。我的百姓阿，引导你的，使你走错，并毁坏你所行的道路。

22. Thus saith the LORD; As the shepherd taketh out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear; so shall the children of Israel be taken out that dwell in Samaria in the corner of a bed, and in Damascus in a couch.
耶和华如此说，牧人怎样从狮子口中抢回两条羊腿或半个耳朵，住撒玛利亚的以色列人躺卧在床角上，或铺绣花毯的榻上，他们得救也不过如此。

23. They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
都是偏离正路，一同变为无用。没有行善的，连一个也没有。

24. Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the LORD; and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith the LORD, and I will not keep anger for ever.
你去向北方宣告说，耶和华说，背道的以色列阿，回来吧。我必不怒目看你们。因为我是慈爱的，我必不永远存怒。这是耶和华说的。

25. He hath bent his bow, and set me as a mark for the arrow.
他张弓将我当作箭靶子。

26. Then the spirit took me up, and I heard behind me a voice of a great rushing, saying, Blessed be the glory of the LORD from his place.
那时，灵将我举起，我就听见在我身后有震动轰轰的声音，说，从耶和华的所在显出来的荣耀是该称颂的。

27. There are certain Jews whom thou hast set over the affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; these men, O king, have not regarded thee: they serve not thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.
现在有几个犹大人，就是王所派管理巴比伦省事务的沙得拉，米煞，亚伯尼歌。王阿，这些人不理你，不事奉你的神，也不敬拜你所立的金像。

28. Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about.
万民都当兴起，上到约沙法谷。因为我必坐在那里，审判四围的列国。

29. Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest.
所以因你们的缘故，锡安必被耕种像一块田，耶路撒冷必变为乱堆，这殿的山必像丛林的高处。

30. All thy strong holds shall be like fig trees with the firstripe figs: if they be shaken, they shall even fall into the mouth of the eater.
你一切保障，必像无花果树上初熟的无花果。若一摇撼，就落在想吃之人的口中。

31. Thou didst march through the land in indignation, thou didst thresh the heathen in anger.
你发愤恨通行大地。发怒气责打列国，如同打粮。

32. I will also leave in the midst of thee an afflicted and poor people, and they shall trust in the name of the LORD.
我却要在你中间，留下困苦贫寒的民。他们必投靠我耶和华的名。

33. And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the LORD of hosts.
万军之耶和华说，万国必称你们为有福的，因你们的地必成为喜乐之地。

34. Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.
他手里拿着簸箕，要扬净他的场，把麦子收在仓里，把糠用不灭的火烧尽了。

35. And he straitly charged them that they should not make him known.
耶稣再三的嘱咐他们，不要把他显露出来。

36. Then came also publicans to be baptized, and said unto him, Master, what shall we do?
又有税吏来受洗，问他说，夫子，我们当作什么呢。

37. If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
我对你们说地上的事，你门尚且不信，若说天上的事，如何能信呢。

38. And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?
彼得看见，就对百姓说，以色列人哪，为什么把这事当作希奇呢。为什么定睛看我们，以为我们凭自己的能力和虔诚，使这人行走呢。

39. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;
若有人用金，银，宝石，草木，禾楷，在这根基上建造。

40. Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech:
我们既有这样的盼望，就大胆讲说，

41. And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.
律法原不本乎信，只说，行这些事的，就必因此活着。

42. In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.
我们因信耶稣，就在他里面放胆无惧，笃信不疑的来到神面前。

43. Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.
这不是说，我已经得着了，已经完全了。我乃是竭力追求，或者可以得着基督耶稣所以得着我的。（所以得着我的或作所要我得的）

44. Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
所以你们既是神的选民，圣洁蒙爱的人，就要存（原文作穿下同）怜悯，恩慈，谦虚，温柔，忍耐的心。

45. And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you:
又愿主叫你们彼此相爱的心，并爱众人的心，都能增长，充足，如同我们爱你们一样。

46. Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.
我们靠主耶稣基督，吩咐劝戒这样的人，要安静作工，吃自己的饭。

47. Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.
执事只要作一个妇人的丈夫，好好管理儿女和自己的家。

48. Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
不但如此，凡立志在基督耶稣里敬虔度日的，也都要受逼迫。

49. When I shall send Artemas unto thee, or Tychicus, be diligent to come unto me to Nicopolis: for I have determined there to winter.
我打发亚提马，或是推基古，到你那里去的时候，你要赶紧往尼哥波立去见我。因为我已经定意在那里过冬。

50. Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
弟兄们，你们要谨慎，免得你们中间，或有人存着不信的恶心，把永生神离弃了。

51. Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh.
我的弟兄们，无花果树能生橄榄吗，葡萄树能结无花果吗。咸水里也不能发出甜水来。

52. For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
因为主的眼看顾义人，主的耳听他们的祈祷。惟有行恶的人，主向他们变脸。

53. Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
切切仰望神的日子来到。在那日天被烧就销化了，有形质的都要被烈火熔化。

54. Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous.
不可像该隐。他是属那恶者，杀了他的兄弟。为什么杀了他呢。因为自己的行为是恶的，兄弟的行为是善的。

55. Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.
得胜的，我要叫他在我神殿中作柱子，他也必不再从那里出去。我又要将我神的名，和我神城的名，（这城就是从天上从我神那里降下来的新耶路撒冷）并我的新名，都写在他上面。
