1. All that were numbered of the Levites, which Moses and Aaron numbered at the commandment of the LORD, throughout their families, all the males from a month old and upward, were twenty and two thousand.
凡被数的利未人，就是摩西，亚伦照耶和华吩咐所数的，按着家室，从一个月以外的男子，共有二万二千名。

2. And I am this day weak, though anointed king; and these men the sons of Zeruiah be too hard for me: the LORD shall reward the doer of evil according to his wickedness.
我虽然受膏为王，今日还是软弱。这洗鲁雅的两个儿子比我刚强。愿耶和华照着恶人所行的恶报应他。

3. Wherefore doth a living man complain, a man for the punishment of his sins?
活人因自己的罪受罚，为何发怨言呢。
