1. And of Kohath was the family of the Amramites, and the family of the Izeharites, and the family of the Hebronites, and the family of the Uzzielites: these are the families of the Kohathites.
属哥辖的，有暗兰族，以斯哈族，希伯伦族，乌薛族。这是哥辖的诸族。

2. Get thee up into the top of Pisgah, and lift up thine eyes westward, and northward, and southward, and eastward, and behold it with thine eyes: for thou shalt not go over this Jordan.
你且上毗斯迦山顶去，向东，西，南，北举目观望，因为你必不能过这约旦河。

3. And it came to pass, when he was come, that he blew a trumpet in the mountain of Ephraim, and the children of Israel went down with him from the mount, and he before them.
到了，就在以法莲山地吹角。以色列人随着他下了山地，他在前头引路，

4. And when Abner was returned to Hebron, Joab took him aside in the gate to speak with him quietly, and smote him there under the fifth rib, that he died, for the blood of Asahel his brother.
押尼珥回到希伯仑，约押领他到城门的瓮洞，假作要与他说机密话，就在那里刺透他的肚腹，他便死了。这是报杀他兄弟亚撒黑的仇。

5. Then the king answered and said, Give her the living child, and in no wise slay it: she is the mother thereof.
王说，将活孩子给这妇人，万不可杀他。这妇人实在是他的母亲。

6. Then he took his eldest son that should have reigned in his stead, and offered him for a burnt offering upon the wall. And there was great indignation against Israel: and they departed from him, and returned to their own land.
便将那应当接续他作王的长子，在城上献为燔祭。以色列人遭遇耶和华的大怒（或作招人痛恨），于是三王离开摩押王，各回本国去了。

7. After them the Tekoites repaired another piece, over against the great tower that lieth out, even unto the wall of Ophel.
其次是提哥亚人又修一段，对着那凸出来的大楼，直到俄斐勒的墙。

8. Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.
你手若有行善的力量，不可推辞，就当向那应得的人施行。

9. It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth.
人在幼年负轭，这原是好的。

10. But when I speak with thee, I will open thy mouth, and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; He that heareth, let him hear; and he that forbeareth, let him forbear: for they are a rebellious house.
但我对你说话的时候，必使你开口，你就要对他们说，主耶和华如此说。听的可以听，不听的任他不听，因为他们是悖逆之家。

11. And the princes, governors, and captains, and the king's counsellors, being gathered together, saw these men, upon whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head singed, neither were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on them.
那些总督，钦差，巡抚，和王的谋士一同聚集看这三个人，见火无力伤他们的身体，头发也没有烧焦，衣裳也没有变色，并没有火燎的气味。

12. No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.
没有人能进壮士家里抢夺他的家具。必先捆住那壮士，才可以抢夺他的家。

13. Which was the son of Joanna, which was the son of Rhesa, which was the son of Zorobabel, which was the son of Salathiel, which was the son of Neri,
约亚拿是利撒的儿子，利撒是所罗巴伯的儿子，所罗巴伯是撒拉铁的儿子，撒拉铁是尼利的儿子，尼利是麦基的儿子，

14. John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven.
约翰说，若不是从天上赐的，人就不能得什么。

15. Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
既是这样，那里能夸口呢。没有可夸的了。用何法没有的呢，是用立功之法吗。不是，乃用信主之法。

16. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
你们受洗归入基督的，都是披戴基督了。
