1. And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
耶和华神对蛇说，你既作了这事，就必受咒诅，比一切的牲畜野兽更甚。你必用肚子行走，终身吃土。

2. And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.
神对摩西说，我是自有永有的。又说，你要对以色列人这样说，那自有的打发我到你们这里来。

3. *And he shall offer thereof his offering, even an offering made by fire unto the LORD; the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards,


4. And the LORD spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, saying,
耶和华在西奈的旷野晓谕摩西说，

5. Jair the son of Manasseh took all the country of Argob unto the coasts of Geshuri and Maachathi; and called them after his own name, Bashanhavothjair, unto this day.
玛拿西的子孙睚珥占了亚珥歌伯全境，直到基述人和玛迦人的交界，就按自己的名称这巴珊地为哈倭特睚珥，直到今日。

6. And it came to pass, when the people removed from their tents, to pass over Jordan, and the priests bearing the ark of the covenant before the people;
百姓离开帐棚要过约旦河的时候，抬约柜的祭司乃在百姓的前头。

7. So the children of Israel served Eglon the king of Moab eighteen years.
于是以色列人服事摩押王伊矶伦十八年。

8. And she lay at his feet until the morning: and she rose up before one could know another. And he said, Let it not be known that a woman came into the floor.
路得便在他脚下躺到天快亮。人彼此不能辨认的时候就起来了。波阿斯说，不可使人知道有女子到场上来。

9. And therefore I have sworn unto the house of Eli, that the iniquity of Eli's house shall not be purged with sacrifice nor offering for ever.
所以我向以利家起誓说，以利家的罪孽，虽献祭奉礼物，永不能得赎去。

10. And David sent messengers to Ishbosheth Saul's son, saying, Deliver me my wife Michal, which I espoused to me for an hundred foreskins of the Philistines.
大卫就打发人去见扫罗的儿子伊施波设，说，你要将我的妻米甲归还我。她是我从前用一百非利士人的阳皮所聘定的。

11. And if thou wilt walk in my ways, to keep my statutes and my commandments, as thy father David did walk, then I will lengthen thy days.
你若效法你父亲大卫，遵行我的道，谨守我的律例，诫命，我必使你长寿。

12. And Elisha said, As the LORD of hosts liveth, before whom I stand, surely, were it not that I regard the presence of Jehoshaphat the king of Judah, I would not look toward thee, nor see thee.
以利沙说，我指着所事奉永生的万军耶和华起誓，我若不看犹大王约沙法的情面，必不理你，不顾你。

13. Amon his son, Josiah his son.
玛拿西的儿子是亚们。亚们的儿子是约西亚。

14. And he made the vail of blue, and purple, and crimson, and fine linen, and wrought cherubims thereon.
又用蓝色，紫色，朱红色线和细麻织幔子，在其上绣出基路伯来。

15. But the dung gate repaired Malchiah the son of Rechab, the ruler of part of Bethhaccerem; he built it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
管理伯哈基琳，利甲的儿子玛基雅修造粪厂门，立门，安门扇和闩锁。

16. The copy of the writing for a commandment to be given in every province was published unto all people, that they should be ready against that day.
抄录这旨意，颁行各省，宣告各族，使他们预备等候那日。

17. With kings and counsellors of the earth, which built desolate places for themselves;
和地上为自己重造荒邱的君王，谋士。

18. For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.
因为得智慧胜过得银子，其利益强如精金。

19. I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.
我知道神一切所作的，都必永存，无所增添，无所减少。神这样行，是要人在他面前存敬畏的心。

20. The LORD will enter into judgment with the ancients of his people, and the princes thereof: for ye have eaten up the vineyard; the spoil of the poor is in your houses.
耶和华必审问他民中的长老，和首领，说，吃尽葡萄园果子的，就是你们。向贫穷人所夺的，都在你们家中。

21. That in the day that I shall visit the transgressions of Israel upon him I will also visit the altars of Bethel: and the horns of the altar shall be cut off, and fall to the ground.
我讨以色列罪的日子，也要讨伯特利祭坛的罪。坛角必被砍下，坠落于地。

22. Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:
满口是咒骂苦毒。

23. Turn, O backsliding children, saith the LORD; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion:
耶和华说，背道的儿女阿，回来吧。因为我作你们的丈夫，并且我必将你们从一城取一人，从一族取两人，带到锡安。

24. I was a derision to all my people; and their song all the day.
我成了众民的笑话。他们终日以我为歌曲。

25. So the spirit lifted me up, and took me away, and I went in bitterness, in the heat of my spirit; but the hand of the LORD was strong upon me.
于是灵将我举起，带我而去。我心中甚苦，灵性忿激，并且耶和华的灵（原文作手）在我身上大有能力。

26. Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, Is it true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, do not ye serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have set up?
尼布甲尼撒问他们说，沙得拉，米煞，亚伯尼歌，你们不事奉我的神，也不敬拜我所立的金像，是故意的吗。

27. Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.
许多许多的人在断定谷。因为耶和华的日子临近断定谷。

28. Draw thee waters for the siege, fortify thy strong holds: go into clay, and tread the morter, make strong the brickkiln.
你要打水预备受困。要坚固你的保障。踹土和泥，修补砖窑。

29. Thou didst strike through with his staves the head of his villages: they came out as a whirlwind to scatter me: their rejoicing was as to devour the poor secretly.
你用敌人的戈矛刺透他战士的头。他们来如旋风，要将我们分散。他们所喜爱的，是暗中吞吃贫民。

30. Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem.
锡安的民哪，应当歌唱。以色列阿，应当欢呼。耶路撒冷的民哪，应当满心欢喜快乐。

31. Ye have said, It is vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance, and that we have walked mournfully before the LORD of hosts?
你们说，事奉神是徒然的，遵守神所吩咐的，在万军之耶和华面前苦苦斋戒，有什么益处呢。

32. But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me?
约翰想要拦住他，说，我当受你的洗，你反倒上我这里来吗。

33. And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach,
他设立十二个人，要他们常和自己同在，也要差他们去传道，

34. And the soldiers likewise demanded of him, saying, And what shall we do? And he said unto them, Do violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely; and be content with your wages.
又有兵丁问他说，我们当作什么呢。约翰说，不要以强暴待人，也不要讹诈人，自己有钱粮就当知足。

35. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
摩西在旷野怎样举蛇，人子也必照样被举起来。

36. But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you;
你们弃绝了那圣洁公义者，反求着释放一个凶手给你们。

37. If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.
人在那根基上所建造的工程，若存得住，他就要得赏赐。

38. But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.
但他们的心地刚硬。直到今日诵读旧约的时候，这帕子还没有揭去。这帕子在基督里已经废去了。

39. That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
这便叫亚伯拉罕的福，因基督耶稣可以临到外邦人，使我们因信得着所应许的圣灵。

40. For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
因此，我在父面前屈膝，

41. I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
向着标竿直跑，要得神在基督耶稣里从上面召我来得的奖赏。

42. And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
在这一切之外，要存着爱心。爱心就是联络全德的。

43. And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed.
若有人不听从我们这信上的话，要记下他，不和他交往，叫他自觉羞愧。

44. These things write I unto thee, hoping to come unto thee shortly:
我指望快到你那里去，所以先将这些事写给你。

45. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
但你所学习的，所确信的，要存在心里。因为你知道是跟谁学的。

46. And let ours also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they be not unfruitful.
并且我们的人要学习升经事业，（或作要学习行善）豫备所需用的，免得不结果子。

47. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;
我们若将起初确实的信心，坚持到底，就在基督里有分了。

48. But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.
你们心里若怀着苦毒的嫉妒和分争，就不可自夸，也不可说谎话抵挡真道。

49. But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;
你们就是为义受苦，也是有福的。不要怕人的威吓，也不要惊慌（的威吓或作所怕的）。

50. Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
亲爱的弟兄阿，你们既盼望这些事，就当殷勤，使自己没有玷污，无可指摘，安然见主。

51. We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.
我们因为爱弟兄，就晓得是已经出死入生了。没有爱心的，仍住在死中。

52. And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
你要写信给老底嘉教会的使者，说，那为阿们的，为诚信真实见证的，在神创造万物之上为元首的，说，
