1. So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.
于是把他赶出去了。又在伊甸园的东边安设基路伯和四面转动发火焰的剑，要把守生命树的道路。

2. And the chief of the house of the father of the Gershonites shall be Eliasaph the son of Lael.
拉伊勒的儿子以利雅萨作革顺人宗族的首领。

3. O Lord GOD, thou hast begun to shew thy servant thy greatness, and thy mighty hand: for what God is there in heaven or in earth, that can do according to thy works, and according to thy might?
主耶和华阿，你已将你的大力大能显给仆人看。在天上，在地下，有什么神能像你行事，像你有大能的作为呢，

4. When he was gone out, his servants came; and when they saw that, behold, the doors of the parlour were locked, they said, Surely he covereth his feet in his summer chamber.
以笏出来之后，王的仆人到了，看见楼门关锁，就说，他必是在楼上大解。

5. Then Joab came to the king, and said, What hast thou done? behold, Abner came unto thee; why is it that thou hast sent him away, and he is quite gone?
约押去见王说，你这是作什么呢。押尼珥来见你，你为何送他去，他就踪影不见了呢。

6. And the king said, Bring me a sword. And they brought a sword before the king.
就吩咐说，拿刀来。人就拿刀来。

7. And when they came to the camp of Israel, the Israelites rose up and smote the Moabites, so that they fled before them: but they went forward smiting the Moabites, even in their country.
摩押人到了以色列营，以色列人就起来攻打他们，以致他们在以色列人面前逃跑。以色列人往前追杀摩押人，直杀入摩押的境内，

8. And the sons of Elioenai were, Hodaiah, and Eliashib, and Pelaiah, and Akkub, and Johanan, and Dalaiah, and Anani, seven.
以利约乃的儿子是何大雅，以利亚实，毗莱雅，阿谷，约哈难，第莱雅，阿拿尼，共七人。

9. After him repaired Binnui the son of Henadad another piece, from the house of Azariah unto the turning of the wall, even unto the corner.
其次是希拿达的儿子，宾内修造一段，从亚撒利雅的房屋直到城墙转弯，又到城角。

10. For my sighing cometh before I eat, and my roarings are poured out like the waters.
我未曾吃饭就发出叹息。我唉哼的声音涌出如水。

11. When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.
你躺下，必不惧怕。你躺卧，睡得香甜。

12. And it shall come to pass, that instead of sweet smell there shall be stink; and instead of a girdle a rent; and instead of well set hair baldness; and instead of a stomacher a girding of sackcloth; and burning instead of beauty.
必有臭烂代替馨香，绳子代替腰带，光秃代替美发，麻衣系腰代替华服，烙伤代替美容。

13. For shame hath devoured the labour of our fathers from our youth; their flocks and their herds, their sons and their daughters.
从我们幼年以来，那可耻的偶像将我们列祖所劳碌得来的羊群，牛群，和他们的儿女都吞吃了。

14. The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.
我心里说，耶和华是我的分，因此，我要仰望他。

15. Then the spirit entered into me, and set me upon my feet, and spake with me, and said unto me, Go, shut thyself within thine house.
灵就进入我里面，使我站起来。耶和华对我说，你进房屋去，将门关上。

16. Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king.
那时，尼布甲尼撒王惊奇，急忙起来，对谋士说，我捆起来扔在火里的不是三个趟吗。他们回答王说，王阿，是。

17. And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
若一国自相分争，那国就站立不住。

18. Which was the son of Matthat, which was the son of Levi, which was the son of Melchi, which was the son of Janna, which was the son of Joseph,
希里是玛塔的儿子，玛塔是利未的儿子，利未是麦基的儿子，麦基是雅拿的儿子，雅拿是约瑟的儿子。

19. For John was not yet cast into prison.
那时约翰还没有下在监里。

20. Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.
从撒母耳以来的众先知，凡说预言的，也都说到这些日子。

21. Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
如今却蒙神的恩典，因基督耶稣的救赎，就白白的称义。

22. Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
这样律法是我们训蒙的师傅，引我们到基督那里，使我们因信称义。

23. Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
因你们知道从主那里，必得着基业为赏赐。你们所事奉的乃是主基督。

24. And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
遵守神命令的，就住在神里面。神也住在他里面。我们所以知道神住在我们里面，是因他所赐给我们的圣灵。
