1. And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering:
亚伯也将他羊群中头生的和羊的脂油献上。耶和华看中了亚伯和他的供物，

2. And the LORD said unto Moses, Put forth thine hand, and take it by the tail. And he put forth his hand, and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand:
耶和华对摩西说，伸出手来，拿住它的尾巴，它必在你手中仍变为杖，

3. And he shall bring the bullock unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD; and shall lay his hand upon the bullock's head, and kill the bullock before the LORD.
他要牵公牛到会幕门口，在耶和华面前按手在牛的头上，把牛宰于耶和华面前。

4. This shall be the service of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation, about the most holy things:
哥辖子孙在会幕搬运至圣之物，所办的事乃是这样，

5. But ye that did cleave unto the LORD your God are alive every one of you this day.
惟有你们专靠耶和华你们神的人，今日全都存活。

6. Then Joshua called the twelve men, whom he had prepared of the children of Israel, out of every tribe a man:
于是，约书亚将他从以色列人中所预备的那十二个人，每支派一人，都召了来。

7. And Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, she judged Israel at that time.
有一位女先知名叫底波拉，是拉比多的妻，当时作以色列的士师。

8. And I thought to advertise thee, saying, Buy it before the inhabitants, and before the elders of my people. If thou wilt redeem it, redeem it: but if thou wilt not redeem it, then tell me, that I may know: for there is none to redeem it beside thee; and I am after thee. And he said, I will redeem it.
我想当赎那块地的是你，其次是我，以外再没有别人了。你可以在这里的人面前，和我本国的长老面前说明，你若肯赎就赎，若不肯赎就告诉我。那人回答说，我肯赎。

9. So the people sent to Shiloh, that they might bring from thence the ark of the covenant of the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth between the cherubims: and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.
于是百姓打发人到示罗，从那里将坐在二基路伯上万军之耶和华的约柜抬来。以利的两个儿子何弗尼，非尼哈与神的约柜同来。

10. And Jonathan, Saul's son, had a son that was lame of his feet. He was five years old when the tidings came of Saul and Jonathan out of Jezreel, and his nurse took him up, and fled: and it came to pass, as she made haste to flee, that he fell, and became lame. And his name was Mephibosheth.
扫罗的儿子约拿单有一个儿子名叫米非波设，是瘸腿的。扫罗和约拿单死亡的消息从耶斯列传到的时候，他才五岁。他乳母抱着他逃跑。因为跑得太急，孩子掉在地上，腿就瘸了。

11. And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada was over the host: and Zadok and Abiathar were the priests:
耶何耶大的儿子比拿雅作元帅，撒督和亚比亚他作祭司长，

12. And when thou art come in, thou shalt shut the door upon thee and upon thy sons, and shalt pour out into all those vessels, and thou shalt set aside that which is full.
回到家里，关上门，你和你儿子在里面将油倒在所有的器皿里，倒满了的放在一边。

13. And Penuel the father of Gedor, and Ezer the father of Hushah. These are the sons of Hur, the firstborn of Ephratah, the father of Bethlehem.
基多之祖是毗努伊勒。户沙之祖是以谢珥。这都是伯利恒之祖以法她的长子户珥所生的。

14. It stood upon twelve oxen, three looking toward the north, and three looking toward the west, and three looking toward the south, and three looking toward the east: and the sea was set above upon them, and all their hinder parts were inward.
有十二只铜牛驮海，三只向北，三只向西，三只向南，三只向东。海在牛上，牛尾向内。

15. Then the people of the land weakened the hands of the people of Judah, and troubled them in building,
那地的民，就在犹大人建造的时候，使他们的手发软，扰乱他们。

16. Hear, O our God; for we are despised: and turn their reproach upon their own head, and give them for a prey in the land of captivity:
我们的神阿，求你垂听，因为我们被藐视。求你使他们的毁谤归于他们的头上，使他们在掳到之地作为掠物。

17. So Esther's maids and her chamberlains came and told it her. Then was the queen exceedingly grieved; and she sent raiment to clothe Mordecai, and to take away his sackcloth from him: but he received it not.
王后以斯帖的宫女和太监来把这事告诉以斯帖，她甚是忧愁，就送衣服给末底改穿，要他脱下麻衣，他却不受。

18. Thy words have upholden him that was falling, and thou hast strengthened the feeble knees.
你的言语曾扶助那将要跌倒的人。你又使软弱的膝稳固。

19. Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.
你们应当畏惧，不可犯罪。在床上的时候，要心里思想，并要肃静。（细拉）

20. He taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my words: keep my commandments, and live.
父亲教训我说，你心要存记我的言语，遵守我的命令，便得存活。

21. Again, I considered all travail, and every right work, that for this a man is envied of his neighbour. This is also vanity and vexation of spirit.
我又见人为一切的劳碌，和各样灵巧的工作，就被邻舍嫉妒。这也是虚空，也是捕风。

22. Thy neck is like the tower of David builded for an armoury, whereon there hang a thousand bucklers, all shields of mighty men.
你的颈项好像大卫建造收藏军器的高台，其上悬挂一千盾牌，都是勇士的藤牌。

23. When the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning.
*那时，剩在锡安留在耶路撒冷的，就是一切住耶路撒冷，在生命册上记名的，必称为圣。

24. Come to Bethel, and transgress; at Gilgal multiply transgression; and bring your sacrifices every morning, and your tithes after three years:
以色列人哪，任你们往伯特利去犯罪，到吉甲加增罪过。每日早晨献上你们的祭物，每三日奉上你们的十分之一。

25. Circumcise yourselves to the LORD, and take away the foreskins of your heart, ye men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem: lest my fury come forth like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings.
犹大人和耶路撒冷的居民哪，你们当自行割礼，归耶和华，将心里的污秽除掉。恐怕我的忿怒因你们的恶行发作，如火着起，甚至无人能以熄灭。

26. The tongue of the sucking child cleaveth to the roof of his mouth for thirst: the young children ask bread, and no man breaketh it unto them.
吃奶孩子的舌头因乾渴贴住上膛。孩童求饼，无人擘给他们。

27. Lie thou also upon thy left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel upon it: according to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon it thou shalt bear their iniquity.
你要向左侧卧，承当以色列家的罪孽。要按你向左侧卧的日数，担当他们的罪孽。

28. I Nebuchadnezzar was at rest in mine house, and flourishing in my palace:
我尼布甲尼撒安居在宫中，平顺在殿内。

29. Yet let no man strive, nor reprove another: for thy people are as they that strive with the priest.
然而，人都不必争辩，也不必指责，因为这民与抗拒祭司的人一样。

30. Then said the LORD, Doest thou well to be angry?
耶和华说，你这样发怒合乎理吗。

31. But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the LORD of hosts hath spoken it.
人人都要坐在自己葡萄树下和无花果树下，无人惊吓。这是万军之耶和华亲口说的。

32. So I answered and spake to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my lord?
我问与我说话的天使说，主阿，这是什么意思。

33. Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.
你们当记念我仆人摩西的律法，就是我在何烈山，为以色列众人所吩咐他的律例典章。

34. But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
耶稣却回答说，经上记着说，人活着，不是单靠食物，乃是靠神口里所出的一切话。

35. And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up.
撒的时候，有落在路旁的，飞鸟来吃尽了。

36. And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.
耶稣回答说，经上记着说，人活着不是单靠食物，乃是靠神口里所出的一切话

37. And he must needs go through Samaria.
必须经过撒玛利亚。

38. Howbeit many of them which heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand.
但听道之人，有许多信的，男丁数目，约有五千。

39. Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.
作工的得工价，不算恩典，乃是该得的，

40. For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.
我虽不觉得自己有错，却也不能因此得以称义。但判断我的乃是主。

41. In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
此等不信之人，被这世界的神弄瞎了心眼，不叫基督荣耀福音的光照着他们。基督本是神的像。

42. But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
及至时候满足，神就差遣他的儿子，为女人所生，且生在律法以下，

43. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
身体只有一个，圣灵只有一个，正如你们蒙召，同有一个指望，

44. Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.
你们要靠主常常喜乐。我再说，你们要喜乐。

45. That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.
叫我按着所该说的话，将这奥秘发明出来。

46. That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour;
要你们各人晓得怎样用圣洁尊贵，守着自己的身体。

47. For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
凡神所造的物，都是好的。若感谢着领受，就没有一样可弃的。

48. And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
并且掩耳不听真道，偏向荒渺的言语。

49. For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.
论到第七日，有一处说，到第七日神就歇了他一切的工。

50. Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
你们这些淫乱的人哪，（淫乱的人原文作淫妇）岂不知与世俗为友，就是与神为敌吗。所以凡想要与世俗为友的，就是与神为敌了。

51. Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you:
他们在这些事上，见你们不与他们同奔那放荡无度的路，就以为怪毁谤你们。

52. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
小子们哪，你们是属神的，并且胜了他们。因为那在你们里面的，比那在世界上的更大。

53. And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.
宝座的周围，又有二十四个座位，其上坐着二十四位长老，身穿白衣，头上戴着金冠冕。
