1. And all the days of Jared were nine hundred sixty and two years: and he died.
雅列共活了九百六十二岁就死了。

2. And they met Moses and Aaron, who stood in the way, as they came forth from Pharaoh:
他们离了法老出来，正遇见摩西，亚伦站在对面，

3. But if thou hast gone aside to another instead of thy husband, and if thou be defiled, and some man have lain with thee beside thine husband:
你若背着丈夫行了污秽的事，在你丈夫以外有人与你行淫，

4. Neither shalt thou bear false witness against thy neighbour.
不可作假见证陷害人。

5. They fought from heaven; the stars in their courses fought against Sisera.
星宿从天上争战，从其轨道攻击西西拉。

6. And David came to Baalperazim, and David smote them there, and said, The LORD hath broken forth upon mine enemies before me, as the breach of waters. Therefore he called the name of that place Baalperazim.
大卫来到巴力毗拉心，在那里击杀非利士人，说，耶和华在我面前冲破敌人，如同水冲去一般。因此称那地方为巴力毗拉心。

7. But Gehazi, the servant of Elisha the man of God, said, Behold, my master hath spared Naaman this Syrian, in not receiving at his hands that which he brought: but, as the LORD liveth, I will run after him, and take somewhat of him.
神人以利沙的仆人基哈西心里说，我主人不愿从这亚兰人乃缦手里受他带来的礼物，我指着永生的耶和华起誓，我必跑去追上他，向他要些。

8. And they were helped against them, and the Hagarites were delivered into their hand, and all that were with them: for they cried to God in the battle, and he was intreated of them; because they put their trust in him.
他们得了神的帮助，夏甲人和跟随夏甲的人都交在他们手中。因为他们在阵上呼求神，倚赖神，神就应允他们。

9. In famine he shall redeem thee from death: and in war from the power of the sword.
在饥荒中，他必救你脱离死亡。在争战中，他必救你脱离刀剑的权力。

10. And why wilt thou, my son, be ravished with a strange woman, and embrace the bosom of a stranger?
我儿，你为何恋慕淫妇，为何抱外女的胸怀。

11. For he shall not much remember the days of his life; because God answereth him in the joy of his heart.
他不多思念自己一生的年日。因为神应他的心使他喜乐。

12. Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
祸哉，那些称恶为善，称善为恶，以暗为光，以光为暗，以苦为甜，以甜为苦的人。

13. Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?
耶和华的日子，不是黑暗没有光明吗。不是幽暗毫无光辉吗。

14. Declare this in the house of Jacob, and publish it in Judah, saying,
当传扬在雅各家，报告在犹大说，

15. Wherefore dost thou forget us for ever, and forsake us so long time?
你为何永远忘记我们。为何许久离弃我们。

16. But when his heart was lifted up, and his mind hardened in pride, he was deposed from his kingly throne, and they took his glory from him:
但他心高气傲，灵也刚愎，甚至行事狂傲，就被革去王位，夺去荣耀。

17. For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
我告诉你们，你们的义，若不胜于文士和法利赛人的义，断不能进天国。

18. And he departed, and began to publish in Decapolis how great things Jesus had done for him: and all men did marvel.
那人就走了，在低加波利，传扬耶稣为他作了何等大的事，众人都希奇。

19. And when he saw their faith, he said unto him, Man, thy sins are forgiven thee.
耶稣见他们的信心，就对瘫子说，你的罪赦了。

20. For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel.
爱子，将自己所作的一切事指给他看。还要将比这更大的事指给他看，叫你们希奇。

21. Go, stand and speak in the temple to the people all the words of this life.
说，你们去站在殿里，把这生命的道，都讲给百姓听。

22. Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:
律法本是外添的，叫过犯显多。只是罪在那里显多，恩典就更显多了。

23. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
所以我们作基督的使者，就好像神藉我们劝你们一般。我们替基督求你们与神和好。

24. Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
拜偶像，邪术，仇恨，争竞，忌恨，恼怒，结党，纷争，异端，

25. Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
凡事要奉我们主耶稣基督的名，常常感谢父神。

26. Despise not prophesyings.
不要藐视先知的讲论。

27. Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.
犯罪的人，当在众人面前责备他，叫其馀的人也可以惧怕。

28. Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.
这人该知道叫一个罪人从迷路上转回，便是救一个灵魂不死，并且遮盖许多的罪。

29. And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.
我们也知道神的儿子已经来到，且将智慧赐给我们，使我们认识那位真实的，我们也在那位真实的里面，就是在他儿子耶稣基督里面。这是真神，也是永生。
