1. And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloak also.
有人想要告你，要拿你的里衣，连外衣也由他拿去。

2. And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he taketh the father and the mother of the damsel, and them that were with him, and entereth in where the damsel was lying.
他们就嗤笑耶稣。耶稣把他们都撵出去，就带着孩子的父母，和跟随的人进入了孩子所在的地方。

3. And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.
然而你们不肯到我这里来得生命。

4. And to him they agreed: and when they had called the apostles, and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go.
公会的人听从了他，便叫使徒来，把他们打了，又吩咐他们不可奉耶稣的名讲道，就把他们释放了。
