1. And Enos lived ninety years, and begat Cainan:
以挪士活到九十岁,生了该南。

2. Let there more work be laid upon the men, that they may labour therein; and let them not regard vain words.
你们要把更重的工夫加在这些人身上,叫他们劳碌,不听虚谎的言语。

3. And he shall sprinkle of the blood of the sin offering upon the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be wrung out at the bottom of the altar: it is a sin offering.
也把些赎罪祭牲的血弹在坛的旁边,剩下的血要流在坛的脚那里,这是赎罪祭。

4. And every offering of all the holy things of the children of Israel, which they bring unto the priest, shall be his.
以色列人一切的圣物中,所奉给祭司的举祭都要归与祭司。

5. Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me,
不可跪拜那些像,也不可事奉它,因为我耶和华你的神是忌邪的神。恨我的,我必追讨他的罪,自父及子,直到三,四代。

6. And the LORD said unto Joshua, This day have I rolled away the reproach of Egypt from off you. Wherefore the name of the place is called Gilgal unto this day.
耶和华对约书亚说,我今日将埃及的羞辱从你们身上辊去了。因此,那地方名叫吉甲(吉甲就是辊的意思),直到今日。

7. My heart is toward the governors of Israel, that offered themselves willingly among the people. Bless ye the LORD.
我心倾向以色列的首领,他们在民中甘心牺牲自己。你们应当颂赞耶和华。

8. And it was so, that, after they had carried it about, the hand of the LORD was against the city with a very great destruction: and he smote the men of the city, both small and great, and they had emerods in their secret parts.
运到之后,耶和华的手攻击那城,使那城的人大大惊慌,无论大小都生痔疮。

9. So David dwelt in the fort, and called it the city of David. And David built round about from Millo and inward.
大卫住在保障里,给保障起名叫大卫城。大卫又从米罗以里,周围筑墙。

10. My servants shall bring them down from Lebanon unto the sea: and I will convey them by sea in floats unto the place that thou shalt appoint me, and will cause them to be discharged there, and thou shalt receive them: and thou shalt accomplish my desire, in giving food for my household.
我的仆人必将这木料从黎巴嫩运到海里,扎成筏子,浮海运到你所指定我的地方,在那里拆开,你就可以收取,你也要成全我的心愿,将食物给我的家。

11. So Naaman came with his horses and with his chariot, and stood at the door of the house of Elisha.
于是,乃缦带着车马到了以利沙的家,站在门前。

12. And eastward he inhabited unto the entering in of the wilderness from the river Euphrates: because their cattle were multiplied in the land of Gilead.
又向东延到幼发拉底河这边的旷野,因为他们在基列地牲畜增多。

13. And they drew out the staves of the ark, that the ends of the staves were seen from the ark before the oracle; but they were not seen without. And there it is unto this day.
这杠甚长,杠头在内殿前可以看见,在殿外却不能看见,直到如今还在那里。

14. Then asked we those elders, and said unto them thus, Who commanded you to build this house, and to make up these walls?
我们就问那些长老说,谁降旨让你们建造这殿,修成这墙呢。

15. Also I said, It is not good that ye do: ought ye not to walk in the fear of our God because of the reproach of the heathen our enemies?
我又说,你们所行的不善。你们行事不当敬畏我们的神吗。不然,难免我们的仇敌外邦人毁谤我们。

16. Then went Haman forth that day joyful and with a glad heart: but when Haman saw Mordecai in the king's gate, that he stood not up, nor moved for him, he was full of indignation against Mordecai.
那日哈曼心中快乐,欢欢喜喜地出来。但见末底改在朝门不站起来,连身也不动,就满心恼怒末底改。

17. Which doeth great things and unsearchable; marvellous things without number:
他行大事不可测度,行奇事不可胜数。

18. For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part is very wickedness; their throat is an open sepulchre; they flatter with their tongue.
因为他们的口中没有诚实。他们的心里满有邪恶。他们的喉咙,是敞开的坟墓。他们用舌头谄媚人。

19. Lest thou give thine honour unto others, and thy years unto the cruel:
恐怕将你的尊荣给别人,将你的岁月给残忍的人。

20. Moreover the profit of the earth is for all: the king himself is served by the field.
况且地的益处归众人。就是君王也受田地的供应。

21. What is thy beloved more than another beloved, O thou fairest among women? what is thy beloved more than another beloved, that thou dost so charge us?
你这女子中极美丽的,你的良人,比别人的良人有何强处。你的良人,比别人的良人有何强处,你就这样嘱咐我们。

22. In mine ears said the LORD of hosts, Of a truth many houses shall be desolate, even great and fair, without inhabitant.
我耳闻万军之耶和华说,必有许多又大又美的房屋,成为荒凉,无人居住。

23. That strengtheneth the spoiled against the strong, so that the spoiled shall come against the fortress.
他使力强的忽遭灭亡,以致保障遭遇毁坏。

24. Shall I not visit for these things? saith the LORD: and shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?
耶和华说,我岂不因这些事讨罪呢。岂不报复这样的国民呢。

25. We gat our bread with the peril of our lives because of the sword of the wilderness.
因为旷野的刀剑,我们冒着险才得粮食。

26. And I will do in thee that which I have not done, and whereunto I will not do any more the like, because of all thine abominations.
并且因你一切可憎的事,我要在你中间行我所未曾行的,以后我也不再照着行。

27. Then was king Belshazzar greatly troubled, and his countenance was changed in him, and his lords were astonied.
伯沙撒王就甚惊惶,脸色改变,他的大臣也都惊奇。

28. Ephraim shall be desolate in the day of rebuke: among the tribes of Israel have I made known that which shall surely be.
在责罚的日子,以法莲必变为荒场。我在以色列支派中。指示将来必成的事。

29. Thine hand shall be lifted up upon thine adversaries, and all thine enemies shall be cut off.
愿你的手举起,高过敌人,愿你的仇敌都被剪除。

30. Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven.
我又举目观看,见有两个妇人出来,在她们翅膀中有风,飞得甚快。翅膀如同鹳鸟的翅膀。她们将量器抬起来,悬在天地中间。

31. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
使人和睦的人有福了,因为他们必称为神的儿子。

32. And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many.
耶稣问他说,你名叫什么。回答说,我名叫群,因为我们多的缘故。

33. For he was astonished, and all that were with him, at the draught of the fishes which they had taken:
他和一切同在的人,都惊讶这一网所打的鱼。

34. And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath.
那人立刻痊愈,就拿起褥子走了。

35. Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out.
彼得说,你们为什么同心试探主的灵呢。埋葬你丈夫之人的脚,已到门口,他们也要把你抬出去。

36. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
现在我们既靠着他的血称义,就更要藉着他免去神的忿怒。

37. I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators:
我先前写信给你们说,不可与淫乱的人相交。

38. Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.
所以无论是住在身内,离开身外,我们立了志向,要得主的喜悦。

39. A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.
一点面酵能使全团都发起来。

40. (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)
光明所结的果子,就是一切良善,公义,诚实。

41. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,
因为神不是豫定我们受刑,乃是豫定我们藉着我们主耶稣基督得救。

42. Let not a widow be taken into the number under threescore years old, having been the wife of one man,
寡妇记在册上,必须年纪到六十岁,从来只作一个丈夫的妻子,

43. And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;
他既得以完全,就为凡顺从的的人,成了永远得救的根源。

44. Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.
弟兄们,你们不要彼此埋怨,免得受审判。看哪,审判的主站在门前了。

45. Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
你们要用坚固的信心抵挡他,因为知道你们在世上的众弟兄,也是经历这样的苦难。

46. If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son.
我们既领受人的见证,神的见证更该领受了。(该领受原文作大)。因神的见证,是为他儿子作的。

47. And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
他们唱新歌,说,你配拿书卷,配揭开七印。因为你曾被杀,用自己的血从各族各方,各民各国中买了人来,叫他们归于神,
