1. And Lamech lived an hundred eighty and two years, and begat a son:
拉麦活到一百八十二岁，生了一个儿子，

2. And if the woman be not defiled, but be clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive seed.
若妇人没有被玷污，却是清洁的，就要免受这灾，且要怀孕。

3. And the LORD heard the voice of your words, when ye spake unto me; and the LORD said unto me, I have heard the voice of the words of this people, which they have spoken unto thee: they have well said all that they have spoken.
你们对我说的话，耶和华都听见了。耶和华对我说，这百姓的话，我听见了。他们所说的都是。

4. The mother of Sisera looked out at a window, and cried through the lattice, Why is his chariot so long in coming? why tarry the wheels of his chariots?
西西拉的母亲从窗户里往外观看，从窗棂中呼叫说，他的战车为何耽延不来呢。他的车轮为何行得慢呢。

5. Whose arrows are sharp, and all their bows bent, their horses' hoofs shall be counted like flint, and their wheels like a whirlwind:
他们的箭快利，弓也上了弦。马蹄算如坚石，车轮好像旋风。

6. They are waxen fat, they shine: yea, they overpass the deeds of the wicked: they judge not the cause, the cause of the fatherless, yet they prosper; and the right of the needy do they not judge.
他们肥胖光润，作恶过甚，不为人伸冤。就是不为孤儿伸冤，不使他亨通，也不为穷人辨屈。

7. PERES; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.
毗勒斯（与乌法珥新同义），就是你的国分裂，归与玛代人和波斯人。

8. But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
只是我告诉你们，凡看见妇女就动淫念的，这人心里已经与他犯奸淫了。

9. For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.
意思说，我只摸他的衣裳，就必痊愈。

10. And he left all, rose up, and followed him.
他就撇下所有的，起来，跟从了耶稣。

11. Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,
你们不要把这事看作希奇。时候要到，凡在坟墓里的，都要听见他的声音，就出来。

12. Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's blood upon us.
我们不是严严的禁止你们，不可奉这名教训人吗。你们倒把你们的道理充满了耶路撒冷，想要叫这人的血归到我们身上。

13. So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
丈夫也当照样爱妻子，如同爱自己的身子。爱妻子，便是爱自己了。

14. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
愿我主耶稣基督的恩常与你们同在。
