1. Also the children of those that had been carried away, which were come out of the captivity, offered burnt offerings unto the God of Israel, twelve bullocks for all Israel, ninety and six rams, seventy and seven lambs, twelve he goats for a sin offering: all this was a burnt offering unto the LORD.
从掳到之地归回的人向以色列的神献燔祭，就是为以色列众人献公牛十二只，公绵羊九十六只，绵羊羔七十七只，又献公山羊十二只作赎罪祭，这都是向耶和华焚献的。

2. Therefore shall ye abide at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation day and night seven days, and keep the charge of the LORD, that ye die not: for so I am commanded.
七天你们要昼夜住在会幕门口，遵守耶和华的吩咐，免得你们死亡，因为所吩咐我的就是这样。

3. There was not a word of all that Moses commanded, which Joshua read not before all the congregation of Israel, with the women, and the little ones, and the strangers that were conversant among them.
摩西所吩咐的一切话，约书亚在以色列全会众和妇女，孩子，并他们中间寄居的外人面前，没有一句不宣读的。

4. Neither shewed they kindness to the house of Jerubbaal, namely, Gideon, according to all the goodness which he had shewed unto Israel.
也不照着耶路巴力，就是基甸向他们所施的恩惠厚待他的家。

5. When heaven is shut up, and there is no rain, because they have sinned against thee; if they pray toward this place, and confess thy name, and turn from their sin, when thou afflictest them:
你的民因得罪你，你惩罚他们，使天闭塞不下雨。他们若向此处祷告，承认你的名，离开他们的罪，

6. And the sons of Micah were, Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea, and Ahaz.
米迦的儿子是毗敦，米勒，他利亚，亚哈斯。

7. For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the LORD.
因为寻得我的，就寻得生命，也必蒙耶和华的恩惠。

8. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.
因为凡救自己生命的，（生命或作灵魂下同）必丧掉生命。凡为我和福音丧掉生命的，必救了生命。

9. Then they went out to see what was done; and came to Jesus, and found the man, out of whom the devils were departed, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid.
众人出来要看是什么事。到了耶稣那里，看见鬼所离开的那人，坐在耶稣脚前，穿着衣服，心里明白过来，他们就害怕。

10. And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.
奴仆不能永远住在家里，儿子是永远住在家里。

11. Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus.
腓利就开口从这经上起，对他传讲耶稣

12. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
谁能使我们与基督的爱隔绝呢。难道是患难吗，是困苦吗，是逼迫吗，是肌饿吗，是赤身露体吗，是危险吗，是刀剑吗。
