1. And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
耶和华神吩咐他说,园中各样树上的果子,你可以随意吃。

2. Now the priest of Midian had seven daughters: and they came and drew water, and filled the troughs to water their father's flock.
一日,他在井旁坐下。米甸的祭司有七个女儿,她们来打水,打满了槽,要饮父亲的群羊。

3. And the priest shall burn the memorial of it, part of the beaten corn thereof, and part of the oil thereof, with all the frankincense thereof: it is an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
祭司要把其中作为纪念的,就是一些轧了的禾穗子和一些油,并所有的乳香,都焚烧,是向耶和华献的火祭。

4. All that were numbered in the camp of Reuben were an hundred thousand and fifty and one thousand and four hundred and fifty, throughout their armies. And they shall set forth in the second rank.
凡属流便营,按着军队被数的,共有十五万一千四百五十名,要作第二队往前行。

5. So it came to pass, when all the men of war were consumed and dead from among the people,
兵丁从民中都灭尽死亡以后,

6. And she said unto them, Get you to the mountain, lest the pursuers meet you; and hide yourselves there three days, until the pursuers be returned: and afterward may ye go your way.
她对他们说,你们且往山上去,恐怕追赶的人碰见你们。要在那里隐藏三天,等追赶的人回来,然后才可以走你们的路。

7. Nevertheless the LORD raised up judges, which delivered them out of the hand of those that spoiled them.
耶和华兴起士师,士师就拯救他们脱离抢夺他们人的手。

8. And let fall also some of the handfuls of purpose for her, and leave them, that she may glean them, and rebuke her not.
并要从捆里抽出些来,留在地下任她拾取,不可叱吓她。

9. And if any man said unto him, Let them not fail to burn the fat presently, and then take as much as thy soul desireth; then he would answer him, Nay; but thou shalt give it me now: and if not, I will take it by force.
献祭的人若说,必须先烧脂油,然后你可以随意取肉。仆人就说,你立时给我,不然我便抢去。

10. And they caught every one his fellow by the head, and thrust his sword in his fellow's side; so they fell down together: wherefore that place was called Helkathhazzurim, which is in Gibeon.
彼此揪头,用刀刺肋,一同仆倒。所以,那地叫作希利甲哈素林,就在基遍。

11. And now I ask one petition of thee, deny me not. And she said unto him, Say on.
现在我有一件事求你,望你不要推辞。拔示巴说,你说吧。

12. And they said unto him, Behold now, there be with thy servants fifty strong men; let them go, we pray thee, and seek thy master: lest peradventure the Spirit of the LORD hath taken him up, and cast him upon some mountain, or into some valley. And he said, Ye shall not send.
对他说,仆人们这里有五十个壮士,求你容他们去寻梢你师傅,或者耶和华的灵将他提起来,投在某山某谷。以利沙说,你们不必打发人去。

13. Whose sisters were Zeruiah, and Abigail. And the sons of Zeruiah; Abishai, and Joab, and Asahel, three.
他们的姊妹是洗鲁雅和亚比该。洗鲁雅的儿子是亚比筛,约押,亚撒黑,共三人。

14. And we will cut wood out of Lebanon, as much as thou shalt need: and we will bring it to thee in floats by sea to Joppa; and thou shalt carry it up to Jerusalem.
我们必照你所需用的,从黎巴嫩砍伐树木,扎成筏子,浮海运到约帕。你可以从那里运到耶路撒冷。

15. The children of Ater of Hezekiah, ninety and eight.
亚特的后裔,就是希西家的子孙九十八名。

16. And the rulers knew not whither I went, or what I did; neither had I as yet told it to the Jews, nor to the priests, nor to the nobles, nor to the rulers, nor to the rest that did the work.
我往哪里去,我做什么事,官长都不知道。我还没有告诉犹大平民,祭司,贵胄,官长,和其馀做工的人。

17. So Esther was taken unto king Ahasuerus into his house royal in the tenth month, which is the month Tebeth, in the seventh year of his reign.
亚哈随鲁王第七年十月,就是提别月,以斯帖被引入宫见王。

18. To deliver thee from the strange woman, even from the stranger which flattereth with her words;
智慧要救你拖离淫妇,就是那油嘴滑舌的外女。

19. For there is no remembrance of the wise more than of the fool for ever; seeing that which now is in the days to come shall all be forgotten. And how dieth the wise man? as the fool.
智慧人,和愚昧人一样,永远无人记念。因为日后都被忘记。可叹智慧人死亡,与愚昧人无异。

20. My beloved is mine, and I am his: he feedeth among the lilies.
良人属我,我也属他。他在百合花中牧放群羊

21. And upon all the ships of Tarshish, and upon all pleasant pictures.
又临到他施的船只,并一切可爱的美物。

22. In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.
就在神藉耶稣基督审判人隐秘事的日子,照着我的福音所言。

23. Also the children of Noph and Tahapanes have broken the crown of thy head.
挪弗人和答比匿人也打破你的头顶。

24. All thine enemies have opened their mouth against thee: they hiss and gnash the teeth: they say, We have swallowed her up: certainly this is the day that we looked for; we have found, we have seen it.
你的仇敌都向你大大张口。他们嗤笑,又切齿说,我们吞灭她。这真是我们所盼望的日子临到了。我们亲眼看见了。

25. Then Daniel went in, and desired of the king that he would give him time, and that he would shew the king the interpretation.
但以理遂进去求王宽限,就可以将梦的讲解告诉王。

26. And it shall be at that day, saith the LORD, that thou shalt call me Ishi; and shalt call me no more Baali.
耶和华说,那日你必称呼我伊施(就是我夫的意思),不再称呼我巴力(就是我主的意思)。

27. Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet.
聚集众民,使会众自洁,招聚老者,聚集孩童,和吃奶的。使新郎出离洞房,新妇出离内室。

28. And he that is courageous among the mighty shall flee away naked in that day, saith the LORD.
到那日,勇士中最有胆量的,必赤身逃跑。这是耶和华说的。

29. Thou art filled with shame for glory: drink thou also, and let thy foreskin be uncovered: the cup of the LORD's right hand shall be turned unto thee, and shameful spewing shall be on thy glory.
你满受羞辱,不得荣耀。你也喝吧,显出是未受割礼的。耶和华右手的杯,必传到你那里,你的荣耀,就变为大大地羞辱。

30. Since those days were, when one came to an heap of twenty measures, there were but ten: when one came to the pressfat for to draw out fifty vessels out of the press, there were but twenty.
在那一切日子,有人来到谷堆,想得二十斗,只得了十斗。有人来到酒池,想得五十桶,只得了二十桶。

31. For the LORD, the God of Israel, saith that he hateth putting away: for one covereth violence with his garment, saith the LORD of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not treacherously.
耶和华以色列的神说,休妻的事,和以强暴待妻的人,都是我所恨恶的。所以当谨守你们的心,不可行诡诈。这是万军之耶和华说的。

32. Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently enquired of the wise men.
希律见自己被博士愚弄,就大大发怒,差人将伯利恒城里,并四境所有的男孩,照着他向博士仔细查问的时候,凡两岁以里的,都杀尽了。

33. And when the scribes and Pharisees saw him eat with publicans and sinners, they said unto his disciples, How is it that he eateth and drinketh with publicans and sinners?
法利赛人中的文士,(有古卷作文士和法利赛人)看见耶稣和罪人并税吏一同吃饭,就对他的门徒说,他和税吏并罪人一同吃喝吗。

34. And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.
他们急忙去了,就寻见马利亚和约瑟,又有那婴孩卧在马槽里。

35. And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of merchandise.
又对卖鸽子的说,把这些东西拿去。不要将我父的殿,当作买卖的地方。

36. But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;
这正是先知约珥所说的。神说,在末后的日子,我要将我的灵浇灌凡有血气的。

37. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
谁曾知道主的心去教导他呢。但我们是有基督的心了。

38. To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?
在这等人,就作了死的香气叫他死。在那等人,就作了活的香气叫他活。这事谁能当得起呢。

39. Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
既知道人称义,不是因行律法,乃是因信耶稣基督,连我们也信了基督耶稣,使我们因信基督称义,不因行律法称义,因为凡有血气的,没有一人因行律法称义。

40. And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
既在十字架上灭了冤仇,便藉这十字架,使两下归为一体,与神和好了。

41. Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.
将生命的道表明出来,叫我在基督的日子,好夸我没有空跑,也没有徒劳。

42. Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
所以不拘在饮食上,或节期,月朔,安息日,都不可让人论断你们。

43. Forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved, to fill up their sins alway: for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.
不许我们传道给外邦人使外邦人得救,常常充满自己的罪恶。神的忿怒临在他们身上已经到了极处。

44. Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
但愿我们主耶稣基督,和那爱我们,开恩将永远的安慰,并美好的盼望,赐给我们的父神,

45. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.
但要远避世俗的虚谈。因为这等人必进到更不敬虔的地步。

46. For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.
他并不救拔天使,乃是救拔亚伯拉罕的后裔。

47. And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
你们中间有人对他们说,平平安安的去吧,愿你们穿得暖吃得饱。却不给他们身体所需用的,这有什么益处呢。

48. As free, and not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as the servants of God.
你们虽是自由的,却不可藉着自由遮盖恶毒(或作阴毒),总要作神的仆人。

49. But was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man's voice forbad the madness of the prophet.
他们却为自己的过犯受了责备。那不能说话的驴,以人言拦阻先知的狂妄。

50. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
因为凡世界上的事,就像肉体的情欲,眼目的情欲,并今生的骄傲,都不是从父来的,乃是从世界来的。

51. Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.
所以你当悔改。若不悔改,我就快临到你那里,用我口中的剑,攻击他们。
