1. And Noah begat three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
挪亚生了三个儿子，就是闪，含，雅弗。

2. And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
耶和华晓谕摩西说，

3. And the priest shall put on his linen garment, and his linen breeches shall he put upon his flesh, and take up the ashes which the fire hath consumed with the burnt offering on the altar, and he shall put them beside the altar.
祭司要穿上细麻布衣服，又要把细麻布裤子穿在身上，把坛上所烧的燔祭灰收起来，倒在坛的旁边。

4. And on the eighth day he shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons, to the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:
第八日，他要把两只斑鸠或两只雏鸽带到会幕门口，交给祭司。

5. And it shall be, when the LORD thy God shall have brought thee into the land which he sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give thee great and goodly cities, which thou buildedst not,
耶和华你的神领你进他向你列祖亚伯拉罕，以撒，雅各起誓应许给你的地。那里有城邑，又大又美，非你所建造的。

6. And Joshua had commanded the people, saying, Ye shall not shout, nor make any noise with your voice, neither shall any word proceed out of your mouth, until the day I bid you shout; then shall ye shout.
约书亚吩咐百姓说，你们不可呼喊，不可出声，连一句话也不可出你们的口，等到我吩咐你们呼喊的日子，那时才可以呼喊。

7. And I said unto you, I am the LORD your God; fear not the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but ye have not obeyed my voice.
又对你们说，我是耶和华你们的神。你们住在亚摩利人的地，不可敬畏他们的神。你们竟不听从我的话。

8. And the men did so; and took two milch kine, and tied them to the cart, and shut up their calves at home:
非利士人就这样行，将两只有乳的母牛套在车上，将牛犊关在家里，

9. So David would not remove the ark of the LORD unto him into the city of David: but David carried it aside into the house of Obededom the Gittite.
于是大卫不肯将耶和华的约柜运进大卫的城，却运到迦特人俄别以东的家中。

10. And then he built chambers against all the house, five cubits high: and they rested on the house with timber of cedar.
靠着殿所造的旁屋，每层高五肘，香柏木的楝梁搁在殿墙坎上。

11. And the king of Israel sent to the place which the man of God told him and warned him of, and saved himself there, not once nor twice.
以色列王差人去窥探神人所告诉所警戒他去的地方，就防备未受其害，不止一两次。

12. And Johanan begat Azariah, (he it is that executed the priest's office in the temple that Solomon built in Jerusalem:)
约哈难生亚撒利雅（这亚撒利雅在所罗门于耶路撒冷所建造的殿中，供祭司的职分）。

13. The LORD therefore hath performed his word that he hath spoken: for I am risen up in the room of David my father, and am set on the throne of Israel, as the LORD promised, and have built the house for the name of the LORD God of Israel.
现在耶和华成就了他所应许的话，使我接续我父大卫坐以色列的国位，是照耶和华所说的，又为耶和华以色列神的名建造了殿。

14. That they may offer sacrifices of sweet savours unto the God of heaven, and pray for the life of the king, and of his sons.
好叫他们献馨香的祭给天上的神，又为王和王众子的寿命祈祷。

15. Afterward I came unto the house of Shemaiah the son of Delaiah the son of Mehetabeel, who was shut up; and he said, Let us meet together in the house of God, within the temple, and let us shut the doors of the temple: for they will come to slay thee; yea, in the night will they come to slay thee.
我到了米希大别的孙子，第来雅的儿子示玛雅家里。那时，他闭门不出。他说，我们不如在神的殿里会面，将殿门关锁。因为他们要来杀你，是夜里来杀你。

16. Then the king said to Haman, Make haste, and take the apparel and the horse, as thou hast said, and do even so to Mordecai the Jew, that sitteth at the king's gate: let nothing fail of all that thou hast spoken.
王对哈曼说，你速速将这衣服和马，照你所说的，向坐在朝门的犹大人末底改去行。凡你所说的，一样不可缺。

17. Then should I yet have comfort; yea, I would harden myself in sorrow: let him not spare; for I have not concealed the words of the Holy One.
我因没有违弃那圣者的言语，就仍以此为安慰，在不止息的痛苦中还可踊跃。

18. Let all mine enemies be ashamed and sore vexed: let them return and be ashamed suddenly.
我的一切仇敌都必羞愧，大大惊惶。他们必要退后，忽然羞愧。

19. Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep:
再睡片时，打盹片时，抱着手躺卧片时，

20. That which hath been is named already, and it is known that it is man: neither may he contend with him that is mightier than he.
先前所有的，早已起了名。并知道何为人。他也不能与那比自己力大的相争。

21. Who is she that looketh forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun, and terrible as an army with banners?
那向外观看，如晨光发现，美丽如月亮，皎洁如日头，威武如展开旌旗军队的是谁呢。

22. Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.
要使这百姓心蒙脂油，耳朵发沉，眼睛昏迷。恐怕眼睛看见，耳朵听见，心里明白，回转过来，便得医治。

23. To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that they may hear? behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they cannot hearken: behold, the word of the LORD is unto them a reproach; they have no delight in it.
现在我可以向谁说话作见证，使他们听呢。他们的耳朵未受割礼，不能听见。看哪，耶和华的话他们以为羞辱，不以为喜悦。

24. And they shall know that I am the LORD, and that I have not said in vain that I would do this evil unto them.
他们必知道我是耶和华。我说要使这灾祸临到他们身上，并非空话。

25. Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.
但以理知道这禁令盖了玉玺，就到自己家里（他楼上的窗户开向耶路撒冷），一日三次，双膝跪在他神面前，祷告感谢，与素常一样。

26. I have seen an horrible thing in the house of Israel: there is the whoredom of Ephraim, Israel is defiled.
在以色列家，我见了可憎的事。在以法莲那里有淫行，以色列被玷污。

27. And a man's uncle shall take him up, and he that burneth him, to bring out the bones out of the house, and shall say unto him that is by the sides of the house, Is there yet any with thee? and he shall say, No. Then shall he say, Hold thy tongue: for we may not make mention of the name of the LORD.
死人的伯叔，就是烧他尸首的，要将这尸首搬到房外，问房屋内间的人说，你那里还有人没有。他必说，没有。又说，不要作声，因为我们不可提耶和华的名。

28. Are there yet the treasures of wickedness in the house of the wicked, and the scant measure that is abominable?
恶人家中不仍有非义之财，和可恶的小升斗吗。

29. Take of them of the captivity, even of Heldai, of Tobijah, and of Jedaiah, which are come from Babylon, and come thou the same day, and go into the house of Josiah the son of Zephaniah;
你要从被掳之人中取黑玳，多比雅，耶大雅的金银。这三人是从巴比伦来到西番雅的儿子约西亚的家里。当日你要进他的家，

30. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
愿你的国降临，愿你的旨意行在地上，如同行在天上。

31. And he said unto them, In what place soever ye enter into an house, there abide till ye depart from that place.
又对他们说，你们无论到何处，进了人的家，就住在那里，直到离开那地方。

32. And looking round about upon them all, he said unto the man, Stretch forth thy hand. And he did so: and his hand was restored whole as the other.
他就周围看着他们众人，对那人说，伸出手来。他把手一伸，手就复了原。

33. And Jesus said, Make the men sit down. Now there was much grass in the place. So the men sat down, in number about five thousand.
耶稣说，你们叫众人坐下。原来那地方的草多，众人就坐下。数目约有五千。

34. And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the spirit by which he spake.
司提反是以智慧和圣灵说话，众人敌挡不住。

35. For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
他死是向罪死了，只有一次。他活是向神活着。

36. Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
偷窃的，贪婪的，醉酒的，辱骂的，勒索的，都不能承受神的国。

37. As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.
似乎忧愁，却是常常快乐的。似乎贫穷，却是叫许多人富足的。似乎一无所有，却是样样都有的。

38. As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
所以有了机会，就当向众人行善。向信徒一家的人更当这样。

39. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
我还有末了的话，你们要靠着主，倚赖他的大能大力，作刚强的人。

40. For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
贪财是万恶之根。有人贪恋钱财，就被引诱离了真道，用许多愁苦把自己刺透了。

41. For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
因为神并非不公义，竟忘记你们所作的工，和你们为他名所显的爱心，就是先前伺候圣徒，如今还是伺候。

42. And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
大声喊着说，圣洁真实的主阿，你不审判住在地上的人给我们伸流血的冤，要到几时呢。
