第20章旧约 - 箴言第11节中英文圣经全文


1. And Abraham said, Because I thought, Surely the fear of God is not in this place; and they will slay me for my wife's sake.
亚伯拉罕说,我以为这地方的人总不惧怕神,必为我妻子的缘故杀我。

2. For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
因为六日之内,耶和华造天,地,海,和其中的万物,第七日便安息,所以耶和华赐福与安息日,定为圣日。

3. And the man that lieth with his father's wife hath uncovered his father's nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
与继母行淫的,就是羞辱了他父亲,总要把他们二人治死,罪要归到他们身上。

4. And Moses lifted up his hand, and with his rod he smote the rock twice: and the water came out abundantly, and the congregation drank, and their beasts also.
摩西举手,用杖击打磐石两下,就有许多水流出来,会众和他们的牲畜都喝了。

5. And it shall be, if it make thee answer of peace, and open unto thee, then it shall be, that all the people that is found therein shall be tributaries unto thee, and they shall serve thee.
他们若以和睦的话回答你,给你开了城,城里所有的人都要给你效劳,服事你。

6. So all the men of Israel were gathered against the city, knit together as one man.
于是以色列众人彼此连合如同一人,聚集攻击那城。

7. And Jonathan said unto David, Come, and let us go out into the field. And they went out both of them into the field.
约拿单对大卫说,你我且往田野去。二人就往田野去了。

8. And one of Joab's men stood by him, and said, He that favoureth Joab, and he that is for David, let him go after Joab.
有约押的一个少年人站在亚玛撒尸身旁边,对众人说,谁喜悦约押,谁归顺大卫,就当跟随约押去。

9. And the king of Israel answered and said, Tell him, Let not him that girdeth on his harness boast himself as he that putteth it off.
以色列王说,你告诉他说,才顶盔贯甲的,休要像摘盔卸甲的夸口。

10. And Isaiah the prophet cried unto the LORD: and he brought the shadow ten degrees backward, by which it had gone down in the dial of Ahaz.
先知以赛亚求告耶和华,耶和华就使亚哈斯的日晷向前进的日影,往后退了十度。

11. Behold, I say, how they reward us, to come to cast us out of thy possession, which thou hast given us to inherit.
看哪,他们怎样报复我们,要来驱逐我们出离你的地,就是你赐给我们为业之地。

12. His bones are full of the sin of his youth, which shall lie down with him in the dust.
他的骨头虽然有青年之力,却要和他一同躺卧在尘土中。

13. Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work be pure, and whether it be right.
孩童的动作,是清洁,是正直,都显明他的本性。

14. But the LORD is with me as a mighty terrible one: therefore my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail: they shall be greatly ashamed; for they shall not prosper: their everlasting confusion shall never be forgotten.
然而,耶和华与我同在,好像甚可怕的勇士。因此,逼迫我的必都绊跌,不能得胜。他们必大大蒙羞,就是受永不忘记的羞辱,因为他们行事没有智慧。

15. And I gave them my statutes, and shewed them my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them.
将我的律例赐给他们,将我的典章指示他们。人若遵行就必因此活着。

16. And when they had received it, they murmured against the goodman of the house,
他们得了,就埋怨家主说,

17. And again he sent another servant: and they beat him also, and entreated him shamefully, and sent him away empty.
又打发一个仆人去。他们也打了他,并且凌辱他,叫他空手回去。

18. But Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: and as she wept, she stooped down, and looked into the sepulchre,
马利亚却站在坟墓外面哭。哭的时候,低头往坟墓里看,

19. When he therefore was come up again, and had broken bread, and eaten, and talked a long while, even till break of day, so he departed.
保罗又上去,擘饼,吃了,谈论许久,直到天亮,这才走了。

20. And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
我又看见一个白色的大宝座,与坐在上面的。从他面前天地都逃避,再也无可见之处了。
